Located on the 3rd floor of SingPost Centre, alight at Paya Lebar of the Green or Yellow MRT line and take a 5 mins walk. At the main entrance of SingPost Centre, take the escalator up to the 3rd floor. They are located across Golden Village Cinema.
Carl's Jr has quite a few outlets in Singapore and as a fast food chain of restaurants, their food is definitely one of the best served to your mouth but of course you will be paying a premium for it which amounts to almost double of a Macdonald value meal. The ingredients used are fresh, prepared very well and really tasty. When you hold whatever burger you had ordered in your hand and take a bite out of it, the burger looks almost exactly like what you see on their menu. Most fast food chains will not be able to claim this.
This outlet has great and friendly staff whom prepares your food well. Drinks are provided as free flow with 3 different dispensers. There are 4 sides provided for your choosing too. Definitely visit this outlet to try Carl's Jr seasonal and classic menu.

Free flow drinks and condiments bar are back. Seems like price has gone up but it is the norm now everywhere. Wishfully hopping burger was as thick and big as I used to remember in the early days when they first came to Singapore.

Tucked at the top floor corner of SingPost, you get a great view of the mall if you’re seated by the window. Food is okay, staff was pretty efficient but the place could be cleaner.

Very disappointed in this childhood favourite. Huge burger bun but patty is so small it is lost inside. Lazy assembly so the ingredients are badly distributed, and onions were unevenly sliced so some slices were 2cm+ thick - very unpleasant to bite into. Overall, given how other fast food burger joints have evolved for better value (e.g. Burger King's $5 lunch sets) or quality (e.g. Shake Shack), it's no longer worth eating here.

Actual burger is way smaller than the ones in the ads… and it’s quite expensive for a fast food chain.

Anyone who posted photos saying Carl's Jr has big burgers are lying and leaving paid reviews. The chicken patty is thinner than a french fry. The beef patty is the thickness of a French fry. The size of the burgers are 1/2 of what they were 5 years ago.
Do NOT be conned.

Carl’s used to be one of my favorite fast food burger places in Singapore, only lately it doesn’t seem worth it anymore. Here are a few issues I have these days:
1) where’s the salsa & jalapeños? I know you can’t have an open bar, but you can still give it out in containers when requested, can’t you?
2) why do you have to charge 50 cents for mustard? It’s not cool, particularly when you don’t adjust the price for items we don’t want on the burger. Cheap.
3) I don’t bother with your combo’s anymore because your selection of drinks is way too limited. Caffeine everywhere.
4) what guacamole? I barely see it, much less taste it.
Frankly, I won’t come back until you’ve changed your ways.

Haven’t had a burger for a while so happy to have this portobello mushroom burger as Carl’s Junior has always been one of my fav fast food burger joints. Very juicy beef and big in size! Covid makes it rather empty though. Not complaining cos I don’t have to wait long for my food :)
