A very popular Seafood Zi Char shop in Kovan heartlands. Food was great! Crabs super fresh, meat came off shell fully intact! Plenty of crowd. Food can take up to 30mins to be served. Go early and be prepared to wait. Very helpful and hardworking staff there.

Really yummy zichar!!! Their crabs were really fresh + chef’s recommendation, tried their fish! HAD NO REGRETS! Really smooth and yummy 🤤😊😛 (sadly I didn’t capture any pics of it!)

Good seafood zi char place near kovan. A good place to have supper since they open till late The price is reasonable for a place like this, a small dish of noodles is around 5$ There’s quite a crowd here even at 11pm so definitely good atmosphere for evening supper

Order for two dinners. 2 Chilli crabs at $40 - gravy is too sweet for my liking. People who like spice will not enjoy the gravy. Crab is fresh though for the price. Hot plate bean curd - can give this a miss. It did not even look appetizing when it was served. And the dish is not flavorful but just salty. And only a little egg. 6 buns - not crispy enough.

Grew up here, and this is the de facto spot if we wanted to eat crabs. Recently, we went back there to eat, not crabs this time, the other dishes were average. My mother liked it, so depends on you. But the crab and fried rice confirm nice and value-for-money.

This is a popular seafood ze char shop. The cooks are of good standard and products taste good. The shop is rather small and seating is packed......being popular. You can choose your crabs with different size s and prices. Be early to get a place.👍

Paid $144.70 for 5 persons dinner. Each 600g crab costs $40. Both the prawn paste chicken wings and the cereal prawns were tasty but the amount of cereal could be more. Both crabs were fresh and flavourful. The salted egg crab was very creamy but the salted egg taste was slightly lacking. The chilli crab was sweet and mildly spicy. Somehow, the signature Singapore chilli crab taste was not strong enough. The pork ribs were too salty. Service was fast as we came around 6am on a Sunday night.

The dishes served here is your typical Tze Char menu with exception of them specialising on crabs. Food is priced reasonably and the food is decent, however the restaurant is small, abit dated and could use some improvement. We were first brought to this place by a tik tok post recommending cheap crabs going for 3 for $45 (300g). Give this place a try! But don't expect Jumbo level standards.
