2x Liao. 3/4 pure starch filled tau suan and 1/4 beans…if you are lucky to find…😕…This time remembered to take pics. DC need to do some sanity check at nex outlet, no supply of mung beans or what ?

Was at your Northpoint store on 20th May 2022 at about 4:30pm. Very rude staff. One had an argument with an elderly couple because your staff was just purely impatient. When my turn came, your cashier took turn to be rude. She chided me for not informing her in advance that I wanted to use Shopback voucher. And kept nagging about it about five to six times.
You got two stars because I like your tau suan but will not be buying from Northpoint. I never had this problem at your other stores. Please do something about your staff. They are not friendly.

Have been patronising the outlet at NEX for a long time, so it has been absolutely disgusting to witness these behaviours today, around 330pm (19 June 2022).
A middle-aged (or lesser) lady cook was hurling verbal abuse at an elderly lady who was serving customers at the cashier. Further, the unruly cook was sneezing and touching her mask, without cleaning her hands before handling the food! 🤢
Very upsetting to see this happening. That is no way to speak to anyone! Wish the management could do something about this, and protect their employees. Will think twice about purchasing here again.

Went to the outlet at White sands Mall and bought their tau suan and it’s terrible. It’s almost like drinking soup. I’ve given it a couple of chances but it’s always disappointing . It’s nowhere near compared with its rival Youtiao Mei. Shame on u.

1 star only because of the staff - utterly slow and no urgency despite the long queues. food quality and taste is still good which explains why they have opened so many branches.

I like butterfly, you tiao and sesame ball. Most items are fried ones so eat in moderation.

If you like all you-tiao kind of rojak, dough culture’s rojak is for you:)
Note: Their rojak is the thinly cut and fried kind unlike the traditional ones you always find in hawker/ coffee shops.

We are curious whether the staff understands English as we bought a salted and sweet hum chee peng and we were given two sweet versions. This is despite us asking twice if we were given the correct order. Please check your orders when buying here. I don't even mind that they were rude to us but at least do your job properly.
