Was open at 7am. My order was quite big so I was struggling to carry it alone. The staff there was incredibly nice and helped me double check my order. One of them even went above and beyond to help me carry my order to the taxi stand across the road. I am extremely grateful. Thank you Jon! Great service. Best McDonald's experience ever.

Double fillet recently went thru a diet?? So thin. Looks like one party divided into 2 slices. Color looks dark too, maybe reuse the oil to fry too many times. Environment needs improvement as well, I've had to keep swatting away flies.

This outlet provides very bad service, last night I try to do order, but this is what machines show, I try 2 machines, so, I go counter and try to find staff to help me, but the staff no try to figure out what happened and just use she finger and show me, still have few machines in other side, ok, fine, I try and problem is same, the photo is taken on my last machine which one I try, of course, finally I waste my about 10mins and do nothing and go home, very terrible service.PS...the "finger lady" is free when I find help

place is packed during lunch on weekdays with both those eating-in and ordering takeaway. weekends here are more relaxed. if you're unlucky enough to be here during weekdays, at least try arriving before 12.30 pm. otherwise it'll be a long wait and you have to really listen carefully for your number for takeaways.

We queued for more than 45 mins because the queue allocation system is down. Customers have to give their receipts to the counter (if they had ordered from the self service kiosks). MCD service recovery can be better.

Was ordering my Create your Own Burger - Khamisah was very friendly in offering assistance and even brought me a cup of water (as I order burger only set). Very thoughtful staff.

One of the most hated McDonald outlet there is. Fries are always over fried, have burns and not filled well. Same goes for twister fries during promotions, only half filled. Not sure what were taught to staff regarding that part. Their food isn't hot when it reaches you. No idea why. Every single time.

Absolute joke when i was waiting to make an order and when a FT just came right beside me, the staff took his order instead of me. Probably i look microscopic that he didn't see me standing there. Amazing service! ��

This is officially the worst outlet McDonald has. Staff are rude, doesn't smile and constantly talking among themselves loudly. Fries are over fried, it taste really bad. Ordered Mcspicy, the chicken is half the size than other outlets. My friend ordered a Fillet o fish, they gave 1 quarter slice of cheese. We thought it is just a one time thing but we come to this outlet once every few days as our office is nearby, and it is just as bad every single time we came.

Ever since with the new system implimented, service has had seen better days. The human connection is lost and staff/manager doesn't connect with customers like how they used to. It's sad. Customer service is the forefront of any business. They are more happy chit chatting and laughing behind the counter than smiling at me. 7.03am. Happy with Co workers, not customers, like as tho we are a burden to them.

Nice ambiance but no consistency in quality of food. You can get very soft and tasteless fries often, probably because they have been left there for a period of time after being fried. The sauces inside the burger may not be evenly spread even when there is no other customer in the queue. Unfortunately, I can't post any image or URL here as evidence. I love it being a 24-hour restaurant but I have experienced a few times arriving at the door to realise they are closing down the entire restaurant for cleaning from around 11pm to 4am (not sure of the exact time). The main door was locked to prevent new customers from entering and the restaurant was actually fully occupied, which was obvious that the night was going to bring the owner lots of businesses. I feel they can close it partially or do it a couple of hours later or on a night when there is less crowd. For example, the restaurant was definitely less than 1/4 occupied last night (Tuesday, 17 December 2013) from around 11pm to 12+am. They definitely have the statistic to foresee which night has less customers. A few of the local aunties who work there are very friendly and capable. Others may be either expressionless or blur.

I was at this branch yesterday 12 April and forgot to take back my credit card. The nice boy (don't know his name) kept my card with the manager. I only realised this morning that it is not in my wallet and called the outlet. The manager in charge said she has my card. So Glad. Thank you for your honesty. Impressed!

Get your Indian and Malay young female staffs some coffee to WAKE THE FUCK UP. The service at your outlet seems as true as your reviews. One of the young Malay female staff was the cashier, I ordered for a Grab & Go chicken ham wrap set, she keyed in sausage wrap set meal, I corrected her, she asked for help from her colleagues, the Indian female staff's attitude is so shitty, it's fucked up. The Indian staff obviously didn't look like she wanted to render any help. When my number (144) was called, my order was put on a tray with a hashbrown but I didn't want any hashbrowns even in my wrap. WRONG ORDER, SERVICE AND ATTITUDE SUCKS. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE.
