Yummy curry! Seating arrangements are quite limited so might need to wait in queue for a while. Staff are friendly in general. Food taste good. Now they have new option of chicken cutlet with omelette rice! 😍🤤

Yummy Japanese Curry! Wide variety of curry goodness to choose from. My go to would always be omu pork cutlet curry. The omu perfectly fluffy with the soft japanese rice under it and the generous curry topped with crunchy pork cutlet. The restaurant is clean and the staff are very polite. I also love the view from their counter seats facing the unblocked window. Affordable and consistent food offerings. You can never go wrong with Coco Ichi!

Been a fan and have been eating this brand since 2010 more than 10 years. Truly, disappointed. Service at plaza sing as never been good. Long waiting time and always short staffed. Never able to get the staff attention as they help out in the kitchen. The omelette is still the best here. Went on 3rd Jan and was disappointed to find out only standard and mild spicy level left which might be permanent. Spicy lovers, be aware, its never the same. Curry was watery instead of the usual thick sauce. Doesn't have the nice curry taste anymore, just pure salty. Its decent but not the best and never will be. Miso soup was watered down, barely any miso taste. Disappointed 😞. Came down specially for it. Standards dropped a lot.

I had dinner with my friends here. Good service from the staff. He was able to explain the menu and answered our questions nicely. The food was great! Satisfied our Japanese curry cravings.

The food is not bad but the service provided can be improved. One of the older waitress without specs just ignored our calls and waves when we tried to make our order. I'm very sure that she saw us coz there was a brief eye contact. She is not willing to even acknowledge us. Also noticed that we are not the only table facing this issue.

Ate here numerous times. Love their pork cutlet w egg and rice. Had to take out once due to covid. Even their packaging was on point. Very easy to eat even if theres no table lol

The service of the young waitresses was average-no smile, no warmth. The chef had to come out of the kitchen to assist me when he saw me raise my hand. The food was consistent and kept the good standard. It is my best favourite Japanese curry rice brand, never fail to eat it whenever I go to Japan.

Curry was watery, and food served cold. On the bright side, at least service was good. Spent $38 for 2 pax, expect $20~ per pax. We ordered Katsu Omu Curry Rice and Creamy Chicken Omu Curry Rice. When it was served, we noticed the curry was more watery than usual. Upon digging in, it was not delightful. While the taste was ok, standards have dropped since the last time I came here (a year ago). Food was cold, curry watery, it didn’t meet our expectations. Commendable effort by service crew, brought us iced water even when we didn’t ask for it. At L3 of Plaza Sing, new block, it’s tucked towards the back.
