Terrible food.
Had chicken chop, fish and chips and the platter.
Chicken chop's fries came almost cold, thought it was normal but when comparing to the platter we ordered, fries on the platter was hot. Sautéed vegetables were definitely cold. The chicken tasted old, you could taste the old oil. It had definitely been sitting out for awhile. I dare say it was a rejected item from another customer.
Fish in the fish and chips was dry and overcooked. Like how it is at hawker centers, that would be an insult to hawkers because most hawkers' fish and chips are actually better than this.
Then we had the 'platter', fries, soggy nuggets and onion rings. $10.50 hahahah joke.
Loved the cornbread though, got that going for them.
Don't waste your money here, go to the HDL next door and make your money's worth.

Kenny Roasters serves up on of the best roasted chicken in town. During my last visit to the Century Square outlet, we decided to order 1 whole chicken set; for $42 bucks, u get 3 more side dishes of your choice, 4 corn cupcakes and 4 soft drinks (u can add $2 for a soup). 3 of us gobbled down the whole chicken; tender meat with nice roasted crisp skin. Be prepared to queue for a while, especially on weekends nights.

Food is decent, but portions are very small.
For the price (esp now with the new price revisions), it’s alright. Nothing that amazing.
Side dishes were okay the mash potato was dry.
I really like the corn bread tho, was the best part!
Overall, I guess it’s a place to go if u can’t think of anything else to eat that evening.

The revival of a western food giant here in Singapore! I was brought back into time, reminiscing how I used to visit Genting Highlands and without fail have a meal at Kenny Rogers Roasters.
Nice juicy chicken served in good time, could've been more generous with the sauce that helps with some of the drier parts of the chicken. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back to enjoy again if I'm around the vicinity :)

Amazing offers ! The apple crumble cinnamon muffins is a killer !!! You must try !!! Area is decorated so beautifully and cannot help must take alots photo to show all of you ! The staff is super friendly and cheerful environment when you step in their restaurant! Happy vibes ! Make me feel the delightful energy and will definitely come back ! overall the food was served fast but the chicken was dry most esp breast part. definitely not newly cooked. fries qty is bit too much for the price. tastewise, so-so. the brownie is suprisingly very small. not worth it

Service : Not Great as they intend is order before getting seated but due to when I was there with my mum she don't understand the Meal so I ask isit possible to get a seat and we will come back order but they insist no. If I were to stand there to let my mom know the what food they serve it will take 15 min and the Q will be way long Q.
Location easy to locate just right beside hai di lao.
Pricing : over average. Not worth the pricing.
Food : omg let me comment well...
1) Rice is uncook.
2) Chicken is not 100% cook cos there is meat slightly pinky.
3) Onion ring and Fries quality drop.

I was here with a Deaf friend on 02/03/22 for dinner. Food was good, the staffs were great and everything was going smoothly. I want to commend the cashier for being very professional, and patient with my friend since there was an obvious communication barrier. At the same time, I actually enjoyed the food a lot, especially the muffin(?).
Well, everything went well except for when a staff came over to shoo my friend because they don't want him to be near the next table - I'm guessing to have a 1m gap between patrons. What he did was waving his hand frantically and violently to make him move.
I understand that it was their job to make sure that customers adhere and comply to the SMM but the action was so huge and untactful that it made him feel embarrassed. The seating arrangement was already awkward, and it wouldn't make much difference too if he moved. Furthermore, there were no other patrons sitting there... in fact, nobody dined in afterwards (since it was getting close to 9).
As a cosmopolitan society, I hope we can address the issue of accessibility to employees and how we can convey messages in a more graceful manner.
