Delicious chix pot! Warm service where they ll advise you on the best deal for members. Service staff Aiden at level 2 went the extra mile for us for our orders and didn’t chase us even when we were the last table remaining. The grilled stuff 串烧 are also yummy but a little pricey compared to other shops. Definitely be back.

This chicken pot is so delicious! We ordered one of their signature pots and you can actually top up more ingredients to your liking. The medium spice level gravy definitely has enough Mala spiciness in it.

Great food and excellent service! 😀 Nice decor make the whole dinning experience a happy and comfortable one. Not a regular but patron at least once every two months. The food and service maintain at a high standard and we always step out of the restaurant feeling satisfied. look forward going back for another feast. 😋😋😋

Been here twice and had good experiences both times! Highly recommended to reserve since this place is really popular - for good reason. Their main star, the chicken pot, is a great dish to share. Go for the mushroom herbal chicken as the broth is really flavourful and makes a divine pairing with rice. Also add their handmade noodles!! Had both the boneless and bone-in option and I prefer the bone-in option as the flavour seems to be infused better into the chicken. The claypot fish fragrant eggplant is really well executed as well! Used a burpple 30% discount and it was incredibly affordable (~$10 per pax), but would definitely come again regardless.

2nd visit here :) Mike and his team of staff were efficient, professional and friendly! The pig stomach chicken pot is awesome and the coated sweet corn is delicious! Picture with empty plates and pots is evident 😜 Will definitely be back for the 3rd time!

This shall be my last time to eat buffet here... scary portion sia... they still can tell u the portion they give is for 2 paxs sia for every dishes after the food are served when we asked sia... claypot so big... order only 1 chicken side dish, but come with 10 pcs of mid size chicken parts 🐔(at least 1/2 chicken portion). I see the claypot so oily with 10 mid size 🐔, 8 big big chessy balls.... speechless. This size can serves 4 paxs or more cos we are having buffet, not ala carte. The 辣子鸡 is also the gigantic size, I really cant believe they will give this size for ala carte. During ordering, the staff did inform us food wastage will be $5/100gm. Is this purposely to earn extra? Do we look like idiots? Although in the end they didn't ask to pay the food wastage, but the size have already spoiled my appetite and day which I didn't want to eat the food in pot. When asked them how about the food wastage, They said just donate $5 or $10 will do, but donation out of individuals willingly to give without obligations. wonder where the donations will go in the end???

From Bugis Junction near Toast Box that traffic light cross over walked straight will saw Fat Bird Restaurant, just one shop away from 7-eleven. Ordered its House Special Hotpot, it have choice of mild spicy to extra spicy. Choose the mild spicy, hmm, is not that spicy just fine for me as I can't take spicy food. The set is $48.80, it comes with chicken hotpot of your soup base choice. House Special chicken hotpot,is tasty too,the sauce taste good as not that spicy nor salty. Both of us finished it until we felt so full And with BBQ skewers,can choose from beef/ mutton/chicken/pork belly/sweetcorn/Taiwanese sausage/prawn.Total can choose 10 skewers. Taste wise is tasty,my friend like it so much. Yam stripe,is yummy, my friend said never expected it to be so tasty. Service wise, Mike the manager,is friendly,attentive. Eventhough, he is busy but whenever, there's a request,he will attend promptly. And looked like he is alone as saw him welcoming guest to be seated, passed and guided ipad for ordering. Served dishes, clearing tables and even cashiering, doing all these by himself. hahaha! superman, doing multi task, guess must be short of manpower. 👍for Mike

Food quality not bad. Staff are ok. They will charge for food wastage so u can ask to tarbao. Ala carte and buffet options available. Have quite a number of seats available.

First visit I ordered ala carte their chicken pot small. I order side dish toufu skin, maggi mee and vege. I had a extra order a few portion to make it enough for 2 of us. Total bill around $80. 2nd visit i order buffet for 2. Some extra dish plus the exact small pot with exact side dish. This time they slam the small chicken pot filled with maggi mee (until soup also dried up) When i bill (around $90) the girl say wanna charge me for food wastage. I told her try me! She dont dare in the end. Although the food is not bad but the way they run their business is not ethical. Slam maggi mee for buffet customer is such a cheap trick. So no more support for them.

Not a good place to have buffet waiter tell us we only have 1hour 30mins to enjoy but the chicken hot pot haven come after 45mins and they are rushing us to go and the bill is $80 when only me and my sister consuming this place will may you regret

My first time and last time visited to Fat Bird. We add-on the beef slides but very disappointed that the beef slides are unchewable and taste very weird. We feedback to the waitress but the waitress didn't treat our feedback seriously and they just ignore us. We not dare to eat the beef slides as we don't think it's fresh. The chicken pot also don't taste fantastic, bone more than meat. Not worth the value. This is also my first time post a review on Facebook, I'll also share this experience to my friends too.

Chicken hot pot or Bone hot pot? 80% inside are chicken bone only. Some more the beef slides taste like plastic. We complaint to the waitress the beef is unchewable. Then the waitress told us to cook it longer. This is the 1st time I heard the beef will become soft if we cook it longer. Think wisely before you go

my opinion, for buffet order if your management lack of staff to make it, don't ever promote for this buffet, totally spoilt the mood on keep waiting and keep order for same food because of your system breakdown. First time and last time for me. Will definitely go for kovan qi wei claypot as the service there much better here. Dissapointed.

Very disappointed. They have a large sign showing No GST, No Service charge, but eventually impose these as we ordered al la carte. Turns out that is only for those that ordered buffet. Dishonest restaurant as they did not state clearly that this do not apply to al la carte meal. Their serving are also very poor as the chicken are mostly bones
