Mcd taste the same in Singapore. I'm very disappointed this time when I visited this outlet (21Jan), flooring was wet and empty tables are not cleaned. Something that really cannot understand was with almost half of the covid distancing tables/seats are empty, the queue outside to enter took us more than 30 minutes. I'm sure this can be better with some kind of more focus arrangement work done.

Terrible place with terrible management. Placed order and paid extra for the cheese. Order came without everything I asked and paid extra for, instead came with the one thing I asked not to put. Called in immediately and said rider will drop by to do a 1 to 1 but will take time cause no rider currently, and told me to wait and it’s been almost an hour still no one came. What a joke of a place and will never order from them

Is great but i order the salad and add one more sesame sauce always less it , it should be two pack but i always get one only.

Can be very crowded during weekend mornings. Long waiting times for a table can be expected, however the staff will be around to assist and assign you to the next available table.

Foods food but the place has high volume of customers during dinner on weekends and fast food becomes longer than fine dining food. Rowdy of course due to the packed place. Food is still damn well cooked though.

I ordered a Chicken McGriddles with Egg Meal but received a Sausage patty instead! These 2 are completely different, so I find it absurd that they mixed them up...

I enjoy this outlet as it is cosy and convenient, never too crowded as it mainly serves the immediate neighbourhood. Place is generally clean and well organised. What I don’t like is the perceived slower service here as compared to other outlets. The ordering process just seem a tad slower, possibly owing to the layout and space constraints of this outlet.

This place is amazing, the workers are mostly the eldery but are still pretty speedy. Unlike valery ee's 1 star review, i find the place to be high efficient

This is the first time I have any comments on McDonald's. We have gone to almost all McDonald's in Singapore... when we travel, we would also dine in McDonald's. Sorry to say that McDonald's at Elias has the most unorganized team. There are just about 5 customer before my turn but I had to wait for almost 30 mins... finally it's my turn, the staff at the counter was helping everyone else, left and right except to take my order. I waited to 5 mins with her floating in front of me doing everything else except taking my orders. I have to ask her if she can take my order then finally she told me she is waiting for her manager to do a refund on the machine. As I had to continue to wait, I was observing the staff.... The long queue & long wait is not because this McDonald is so popular... there are empty seats around... it's because the staff are not organized. Not well trained. They gave the wrong items to customer, they forgot my drink (when I finally ordered) and they are spending unnecessary time rectifying/ correcting the error they make. This is the worst experience I ever had in McDonald's.

Bought take away. Super SLOWWWW service. And it was for only a meal. 20 mins for a meal?? Never had problems w other outlets.
