Review Pizzamaru - Singapore

Perfectsessions
Shopping Mall serving residents in Yishun. After the expansion in 2017 Northpoint has become the shopping destination for people living in Yishun, sembawang & Canberra. It is also connected to Yishun Integrated Transport Hub. There are 2 basement linkways connected to Yishun mrt for smooth & sheltered connection to the MRT. There are 3 food courts here, a Uniqlo, Baskin & Robins, Challenger, Swensens, Sushi Tei, Genki Sushi, Timezone, Harvey Norman and many more stores located here.

This Shopping Mall is quite new and also a big mall in the Yishun area. Everything you can find here too😁!Easy transportation! Bus Interchange was just nearby. This mall is also a heaven of street food!

It is nice and very good place, a lot of shopping mall, food center, look like everything in there. I can find delicious Indonesia food at Kue and Me.

This mall has been around for over 20 years. And the amazing part is that it still managed to stay relevant over times. With the new extensions made into the mall, now this mall can boost to the most extensive range of services and products in Singapore. A lot of eateries, restaurants and food courts. Even banking services are available. Thankfully, the car park spaces are widely available. Great mall to spend your day window shopping and find the food you wanted and to chill out. Strongly recommended.

Very crowded but I love to herbal duck rice/noodle at the Yishun bus interchange. Meat is soft n skin is yummy, always long queue. Better off-peak hours in order to eat there as well. The Malay stall selling Nasi Padang is also yummy. This interchange is getting more interesting with lots of food to eat n Shopping 👍👍👍

Largest shopping mall in the Northern part of Singapore located near the Yishun mrt station which is linked by an underpass. I think this mall is dedicated to food lovers. There are over 100+ dining outlets here. They have makan town where you can find many food outlets concentrated in one area, 3 food courts - Malaysia Chiak, Kopitiam, Bagus and many other restaurants. However, you can still expect long queues at popular restaurants during the weekends. Other large tenants include FairPrice Supermarket, Harvey Norman, Uniglo etc. Overall, I think it is a nice place for the residents in the North to visit and dine.

This mall is not consider a mall, it's a giant city. It may not be as huge as Vivocity, but I got lost in this place several times. Shops are not easy to find, categorization is not clear, food outlets/restaurants are scattered everywhere, B2 to L2, North/South wings etc. Pity the delivery guys, if not familiar with this place, will take long time to navigate around. Would be good to group all eateries/fashion/services in a easy to find way.

Taste: 4/5 Presentation: 3.5/5 Price: 4/5 Had the Honghae pasta and Honey Garlic chicken on a Saturday around 2pm. Took us awhile to get the staff’s attention to order, and wait time for food was approximately 20 minutes. Honghae pasta: Pasta was a little too al dente for my liking, but my friend who enjoys al dente liked it alot! Just the right amount of tomato and spice. For $13.80 they do give a generous portion of seafood (mussels, prawns, squid). Squid was tender and prawn was very fresh, cooked to perfection. Honey Garlic chicken: We ordered the 6 piece chicken. Chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, although a tad bit too oily. Extra honey garlic sauce was served on the side with radish so that was a nice extra touch. Only suggestion would be for them to coat the chicken in the sauce more liberally and evenly by tossing them once more in the wok. Our dish was just the normal fried chicken with garlic sauce drizzled on top, so some parts were not coated at all. Overall, had a relatively good experience and will come again to try their set lunch! :-)

Very good quality food and service is fast consider it was full house. Pizza quality sure to be above many pizza shop in Singapore. What really surprised me was the pasta, it is in top quality comparable to other pasta shop which the cost will be above $25. You served good quality pasta at a very reasonable price. Fried chicken was juicy. I am sure the brand will grow if quality is well controlled and the price do not increase just to get in more profit. Well done Pizzamaru. You had won my next visit when pizza and pasta come to my mind.

Learned about the restaurant in facebook and saw some very good reviews wanted to try once so went there....very pleasant ambience and the food is really yummyy and the best korean flavours i ever had in singapore...love the flavours and the quality and freshness of the food...ordered a pizza and its base is one of a kind never tasted like that anywhere...seems like their dough is green tea based and made with whole grains......Overall was a wonderful experience with the pleasant staff and they even customised the food just like my kid wanted....went there for our anniversary lunch was worth the visit.....True to the review....

Very disapppinted with the service today. I came around 9.05pm then we sat down. They took our order. At 9.20pm asked for last order. What make me piss off is a waitress approach to us and say that they wanted to serve my dessert now as the kitchen is closing. How the hell i want to eat dessert when my main course is not here at all. I just recieve my sweet chillie chicken and just about to eat it.. really angry. Then a while later, they come with a bill and ask to settle it???.. I put the bill at the side. Then a waitress came look at the bill again. I understand you are closing your cash but at least be courtesy enough to wait till i finish eating up my last bit of chicken. While we eating.. a waiter keep walking up and down..it seems like chasing us out of restaurant.. clear our plates as the restaurant is closing soon. Feeling annoying. The best part when i about to finish..the waiter came and say they are closing in a loud voice. This is the worst service i had today. If you treat your customer this way.. i think i wont be coming back there again. Food is good but service is really really worst..the money you pay for is not match with the service you give.

We were walking around looking for food with our baby in tow. They were having a 20% discount and the restro was not crowded so we thought why not give it a try. E hub wanted e creamy seafood pasta, i wanted a mushroom risoto and we both were tempted to try the fried chicken which came in either 6 or 12 pc. We enquired one of the waitress if what we ordered will be too much and she was very nice n informed us that it might be too much. Well am impressed because they did not try to make us order alot by telling us the opposite. When e food arrived, am amazed by the outlook. I wish i could add the photos i took in this review. They are worthy to be on instagram. Am even amazed when we tried it. Super yummylicious. The seafod were fresh. The fried chicken were juicy. We also realized when it's near to dinner time, e crowd grows... both hub n i agreed that we have to come again to try other food on e menu. Hopefully the standard will not drop by then.. :)

Actually I like the pizza here alot.. It's very nice.. But this time round... I had a bad experience here... I placed my order for pizza at about 2045-2050hrs, at 2110 a wrong order of pizza was served to us. The lady was nice to change it for us.. But at 2135 she informed us they had made a wrong pizza again... N offered us a basket of chicken wings while waiting for the pizza to be made AGAIN... I do not want the wings... I came for the pizza.. After waiting for almost 1hr... In the end I settled the bill for 2 drinks n a plate of calamari n left the place starving..

The staffs were helpful and friendly. The food is good especially the rose shrimp pasta, the portion was generous and the shrimp were all huge and juicy! The ambience and music of the restaurant is good, do come if you are a Kpop lover!

When I was walking and searching for dinner, the design of the outlet caught my attention with its attractive Korean themed design. Took a look at their menu and was impressed with the selection. The expectation of me when entering for the food was high and Pizzamaru delivered! The food was great! The pricing was reasonable as well. Staff was very courteous and shared that the pasta I was ordering was spicy. Would definitely come back here again!

Wait was a bit long but expected from new opening. Writing this for a 20% discount. (Just saying...) 2 x 12 inch pizza was actually pretty filling for 4 of us and it was really cheesy and nice! Makes 4 people's stomach full! Price is on the higher end, so I'd come once in a while, not regularly.

Went to pizzamaru bugis+ today Time 8.30pm to 9.45pm Pax: 7 Service: 5/5 Food 3/5 I order the drinks garden of the morning calm. The drinks was disappointing as compared to the one first have it at the same outlet and north point. The green apple in there is so salty! It was unbearable that it have to remove it. We ordered 2 of it and confirm that the apple was salty may due to be soaking in salt water for long period of time. It has lost that refreshing taste that I once tried it. I believe process of maintaining the fruit fresh after preparing have to reviewed. What's more there's no more chicken to order as they were sold our... well no choice just have to orderd what was available. Had a Chicago pizza and 2 other 12 inch pizza; bologi and maru oppa which were nice and hot! 2 pasta to top it up! There were great and fill our hungry soul Despite all this I wish to compliment the part time waitress that was serving us. She took our order and gave us some recommendation. When we were thinking if we should order the rice tower to share around and was told that the portion maybe too small and go for a Chicago and with another pasta. She handle our request well and also when we tried to demand things from her but this was a joke. When she told us there was no chicken available tonight. We told her:" ask someone to buy a packet of chicken from the ntuc to fry for us?" When she came back to us and we ordered addition food we asked:"did someone go get our chicken?" she replied:" well our chicken have to marinate maybe come back tmr I will get them prepared." We did saw her giving a feedback to her manager with regards to the salty green apple slices. I believe it is this kind of great interactive and proactive customer service that keep everyone going back.

Visited the Bugis+ outlet, tried the Real Chicago pizza which comes in only 1 size, 9 inch ($26.90). Had to wait about 15-20 mins for the pizza to arrive and was pleased to know I could order pizza without some ingredients if need be and there was a non-tomato based option. I was initially wondering if I would be full as I had 3 slices but I struggled to finish my third slice as it got too jalat "rich" for me. The dough is very unique being made of black rice, the filling is very cheesy with 3 types of cheeses, 2 in the filling and 1 stuffed into the crust. The cheese is super stretchy which is troublesome to cut and seperate. I liked the mix of sweet tastes and salty. Also, they gave chicken chunks instead of the usual ham. Menu indicates that no pork or lard is used.

The service is excellent. Special shoutout to Sam, our server! Sam took time to find out about our preferences before making recommendations from the menu. Sam has a very good knowledge of all the items on the menu. We ordered the cheesy maru oopa with double cheese twist and the original fry at Sam’s recommendation. And boy, were we totally WOWED by the food! We’ll definitely be back.
