Been to this outlet twice. Swensen's has been around for 20 over years and many fond memories were made across different outlets. Food is still a safe choice and delicious. Portions are just right. Especially love the crispy cornflake chicken! Servers, especially the short hair lady manager was really cheerful and friendly.

Delicious, huge portions, very fast serving, awesome menu with good quality pictures- yum-yum! 6 angry/hungry people had come to the restaurant and went out full and happy! Chowder in a bread exactly as I tried in San Francisco! Meet and fish are also 5 ⭐️ cool that we could choose any garnish to the dish! Thank you! Hope, you will open a restaurant at Vivo city soon 🤞

This is the only western🥩 cum ice cream🍦 restaurant that have maintain most of their menu and didn't improve over the years at all in terms of food varieties, taste and store ambience🙈. There r really plenty of room for improvement though i still ♥️ their sticky chewy chocolate🍫 ice cream🍨 the most #msgreedysis #greedybuddiez

Swensen’s always attract a long queue at this place. Thankfully, once your enter your orders in the system, you get them pretty fast. The new waffles were extremely poor. The batter is hopeless. Please remove this item from your menu.

We ordered two dessert. It’s been 30 minutes for the other dessert. Upon asking the staff to help us follow up the other order he told us to wait for while. More than 30minutes for a dessert.? Upon writing this review our order haven’t arrived. So disappointed.

We were made to wait almost one hour for my pasta... spoken to the manager Mr Syahid of Tampines Mall outlet.. who then explained to us, there was a miscommunication in between the staff ladies, thought we wanted to cancel the item(since when?).He immediately retracted the issue & got us food within 10 minutes. Thumbs up for the wonderful service. 👍😊

Visited several times but realised i never lefr a review. Food standard still maintained and didnt have to wait too long even though it was a sat lunch hours. Intended to use my capitavoucher so decided take a risk and try the pesto salmon and will probably not order that again though 🥲 Salmon was a little too overcooked as most places do (its not easy to perfect grilled salmon), and swensens couldnt either! Still leaving a 5 stars as it was just a wrong choice of order, and my usual orders such as curry baked rice, grilled sambal fish are still as good. Btw, download their swensens app too and you get a free banana split as a welcome gift! Why not right?! Edit: back here again and food standard still similar. Good good

Went there on a Sunday morning when swensens just opened and ordered fish and chips. Good customer service; and well cooked fish and chips. Will return again next time. The service at this branch and food quality is much better than the swensens at downtown east. If anyone wants to celebrate their birthday, please consider visiting this outlet instead . Please continue the good Servicd 👍👍🙏
