QT hehehaha
Experience quite meh. 1. Fried chicken was the worst of all… Not even hot like they don’t bother to re-fry before serving. Portion wise.. Totally not worth $5. 2. Plain & egg prata was decent. It’s the crispy kind. 3. Ordered sugar plaster, super crispy.. Tastes very similar to their plain prata.. TONS of sugar coated on top. 4. Idk why utensils & curry are not served tgt. Customers had to go get theirs at the counter. Had to ask for extra curry too. Otherwise, we were given 1 curry + sugar. Overall, i don’t think i’ll return just for the prata~~

One of my favourite prata place in SG. Been visiting them at their original Springleaf outlet since a decade or so ago. Now that they have opened outlets around SG, their standard has been fluctuating across outlets. Thankfully, the standard was good on this day. Prata was cooked well with the right crisp on the outside. The cheese in our egg Mozzarella prata was generous. Red bean prata was TOP as usual. If you like those Chinese Red bean pancake, you HAVE to order this Red bean prata. They are extremely generous on the filling of this prata. Red bean is a tad too sweet though. Fried chicken was quite small. I'd skip it. Masala thosai was good! Definitely will return!

This is the third branch I have patronised. Quality is consistent. The ordering system works, compared to the typical chaos at prata shops. For people who likes fusion prata with ham and cheese, this is the place to dine in comfort.

Came by for a quick breakfast before embarking on our rail corridor hike - and was surprised by how packed the restaurant is in the morning! ⏰ the time taken to place your order takes up a significant portion of the the overall time in the restaurant, but it does get served pretty promptly after 🥯 the prata though, is pretty good, crispy overall and matched with decent fish curry. Murtabak is a must order, it is the highlight of the day with the cheesy bits of fillings 👍🏻 Curry is self service during this endemic period, much preferred but it could also be less hygienic in some sense.. Will definitely consider a return if I’m back for the same hike!

Visited on 28/04/2022 Thursday after hiking Rail Corridor Central. This restaurant is much more bigger than Junction Ten outlet. Is half occupied when visited. After awhile 3/4 tables occupied. Ordered Coin Prata 5pcs $3.50,very crispy n not oily. Hi Fibre Prata $1.60per piece, made from Alchemy fibre flour,a plant based fibre. It is crispy and taste of (high grain) and not oily too. Drinks ordered Ice Soursop large cup $4.10 hmm,not my liking taste of soursop syrup. Cucumber Cooler $5.90 must stir well,if not will be tasteless as diluted by ice cubes. Highly recommended its prata as very crispy n yet not oily at all.

Honestly a crime this place isn’t higher than 4 stars. You come here for prata, and you get some of the best prata you’ll ever have. That’s all you need to know. Tbh the service is good and what you expect. Ask for super attentive service when the food isn’t this heavenly and cheap lmao. Crispy, doughy, stringy, soft, crunchy, all at the same time. How?? Paper prata is also an underrated gem.

Best Prata in Singapore! Only complaint I have about the visit was the Teh Tarik was diluted and I had to request for another because it tasted like longkang water… 2nd one was better

Came here for drinks after cycling and appalled by their service and cleanliness. Drinks took ages to come, table next to us almost finished their food before their cold drinks came. Restaurant weren’t busy at that time btw. My friend ordered prata and it came without fork/spoon and curry. Didn’t know prata is served but rest is self service?! Some areas of the place is not cleaned up at all too. Won’t come here again even if they tell me the food is good… At least their iced Milo was good, not sure what they do but it’s really thicker and milkier than the ones you usually get.
