Quality sucks!!!I had ordered chicken biryanis from their restaurant for new year celebration. Though we opened the boxes in 2-3 hours after getting the biryani, the biryani had completely spoiled and was smelling like rotten flesh and sour taste, leaving us very embarassed in front of our guests. Fakruddin used to be a good restaurant, but the recent many incidents of hair in biryani, spoilt smelly biryani and their indecent behaviour when we complained, has made us realise that its a third grade restaurant when no etiquettes of customer service. We have introduced many friends and people from our community to Fakruddin, and regret the mistake we made. We will try our best to ensure nobody buys from them anymore unless they work on their customer service skills, and quality! Please do not eat there if you value Quality, your health and customer service!!!

2020 - Good food and very cordial service. Will visit again will recommend friends. I hope that they keep the service level like this and keep serving good kacchi.
2022 Jan - the management inside the restaurant has fallen. Hygiene is deteriorating and needs to be looked at. Food quality is almost same but sometimes I feel it is substandard compared to 2020.

If you have been to Dhaka recently and tasted real kacchi, this fake Fakhruddin wil taste awful. However, if it's been a while since you had the real deal you might be impressed. In fact when the new owners took over and started their journey while COVID was still in full swing they actually had the best biriyani in town, and the roast was great too.
But now the quality is dropping and prices are steadily increasing. Specially the chicken roast has become a watered down version of its former self. Such a shame.

Kachi biryani was good, falooda was disappointing. Overall good experience trying Bangladeshi food for first time in Singapore. Kachi biryani is recommended must try. Restaurant is maintained well and clean.

Just a month ago the briyani was priced at 10 dollars but now it's 13 dollars!
The taste of the briyani is amazing but the portions are not really generous
So much rice but very few meat😔
And it's so oily
I really liked their kacchi briyani but I feel that fakriddins standard had dropped drastically thus will not be patronizing very often

I go every Friday (after jummah) there just to eat their Kacchi Biriyani, which is the only close to original taste of Bangladeshi Kacchi Biriyani in Singapore, that I could find. The Kacchi is only available on Friday-Sunday at lunch. I tried their Mutton Khichuri also which was so so. They also serve Plain White Rice with various types of vegetables (cheapest 1-2 S$), fish curries, chicken curries, mutton curries, daal etc.

The ambience and cleanliness aren’t up-to the mark.

Excellent kachchi biriyani but of course not as good as Bangladeshi branches. Small cosy place.I did not face any unpleasant behavior like some other people are complaining .
