We dine here for lunch, food was very good. We are not from around here, first time we have Malaysian food. We liked it? As far as service goes, it was average, not very friendly but they get by. Food is warm but their photos look bigger and nicer portion then the actual size. Would return, we had a good time.

Quite empty on a weekday evening. Wan tan horfun was good, too much gravy though. I did wish the horfun was the wider kind. The fish head noodle soup was very tasty too! Good amount of fish. Service was very good, especially our server Helen! Do check the plates though..two plates were dirty and the staff promptly changed them.

Nice setting, pretty ok Malaysian food at a premium price. Loved the prata curry. Nasi lemak's nasi not fragrant enough. Other than that, it was quite ok.

This restaurant has always been one of our favorite family restaurants, had dined at other oulets.
Dined for dinner on 27 Jun 20:23.
Place was not crowded thus after ordering food, it consecutive arrived within 5 minutes.
Today can see a layer of water on top of the soy sauce of the chicken rice.
The soup base of the prawn noodle was also diluted.

Customer service is commendable here in PappaRich. We tried availing their treat for Nurses and we were surprise by the way they accommodate us. The staff were so friendly and made treat us like paying customers. We felt special because of their treatment. More so, they gave us good food and ample serving of three courses. First time in PappaRich but was amazes by their service. If you want to eat local food, try PappaRich at Suntec. Thank you PappaRich for the good food!!!
