Nice scenery but poor service and food quality.
My girlfriend and I were seated at a table meant for 4 people when this rude waitress by the name Lily came to serve us. She literally demanded that we move to a round table meant for two people, citing that the she's expecting a full house tonight which we thought might be the case. She refused to serve us after that despite seeing us waving to her ready to order. She had simply pretended not seeing us (and walked to a table of four people asking them if they would want to order more things and shifting the tables around). Gladly, another waitress came to serve.
But apparently, another table next to us seated by a pair of Chinese tourists wasn't that lucky. Even though this same waitress walked to their table, she told she would return in a minute, only to see her walking to other tables and never came back. Those two tourists had waited for close to another 10 minutes before another waitress served them. In between, these two tourists were cursing and swearing.
Food wise, we had ordered a seafood pizza and Chicken chunks with rice. We were deeply disappointed by the chicken chunk, which tasted as though those frozen were taken straight from the fridge and thrown immediately into the fryer. We waited for another 45 min before the pizza came and was nothing spectacular.
As you had guessed, the tables weren't even close to half occupied by the time we left. That table which I had occupied early was later occupied by A SINGLE MAN! We deeply regretted patronising this place after reading the comments on Google.

Cool relaxing place to hangout and savour some korean snacks and meal. Carbonara good and love the pancake. Fried chicken ok too.

The most disgusting thing that I have tried in my life. They say it is fresh .... but the taste and texture feel like a old sample of hard wax. Impossible to eat it.

I went there for the merlion and just nice saw Jcone and decided to go in for the ice-cream plus drinks. The place was busy at afternoon time with many people but yet the staff is still attentive enough to serve us and get us a seat for two. They are friendly and attentive especially the ice cream was cool. Love it and will definitely come by again.

its a raining afternoon and I was kinda wet and need a shelter. The staff offer me to come in and rest, so I decided to get drink. Even you only order drink from the menu but they still serves you with a smile. Thank you for the amazing services.

The ice cream was terrible and it took them 20 minutes to get my ice coffee, while my friend had his coffee right away. Meanwhile they asked us to pay already. The ice cream was dripping already when they served it, and the cone was not so tasty either.

Loving it especially the services from the counter staff, they are extremely cheerful and nice. Love the ice cream, dessert ah! Its simply Delicious ah!

Terrible experience! Uncle serving us was so aggressive in getting us to order to food. He was also staring at us while we were choosing our food. He didnt even take our order down and almost got our order wrong.
We ordered pork but received an raw plate of pork instead. Also, water was really expensive as well. Ever have a craving for korean food? dun come here.
