Love this McDonalds outlet in particular cause of the layout - very spacious, double storey, and enough payment terminals to ensure your orders get processed quickly. Staff is courteous and efficient.

Chicken McCrispy Salt & Pepper is meh! Dry and un-flavourful. Original is better. But even the original also pales in comparison to the 2000s one.

Have you ever had to wait over 10 mins for a McDonald's order? Probably not, since they're supposed to be efficient. It is fast food after all. Ordered just a sandwich and black coffee and it took 13 mins. It wasn't even a busy morning. Not sure why all the people behind me were served first. Not coming back to this branch ever again.
Update: what's worse is that after waiting that long, the sandwich wasn't even good

Tried the Hainanese chicken burger, taste pretty good and worth a try! Love the crispy crisscut fries too!
(A small gripe is lettuce looks a bit dead...the chilli sauce in the burger is on the sweeter side too...)

Best layout in Suntec mall , shortage of staff please don’t pressure n complain if you need to wait. The staff are managing n doing their best. Clean n efficient 👍

Kinda missed the last manager. Everyday she was alway there and have nice conversations especially other peoples with her. She is the manager that care about her customers a lot. But now she retire and idk where she works now. She always the most conservative and make peoples happy when they’re alone. I missed her

I just had the worst Macdonalds experience ever here at Suntec City. While Macdonalds is always kids friendly (such as offering help to mummies to carry the tray to their seat, etc), Suntec City branch seems to not advocate the same values.
I am out with my 1ish year old girl and is carrying her on a baby carrier. We ordered the food through the self ordering machine and went on to collect our food. No help was offered to me while I struggled to balance the tray on one hand and my bag on the other with the baby in front of me on the carrier. I dismissed it since the help they offered is based on goodwill and the counter staff might be busy at that point in time. When we finally made it to our seats, I realized that the staff has given us the Ribena (part of the Happy Meal) without a straw... I couldn't decide if I was to pick up my toddler and my bag again to head to the counter leaving my food unattended or just have my girl to skip the drink altogether. Just nice came along a Macdonalds cleaning staff and so I approached her to get help to getting that Ribena straw. To my surprise (disgust), she refused to help and said that she was not allowed to anyhow take straws for customers.... And guess what, the customer sitting beside my table was the one who empathized and help me get that straw from the counter without a second word....
It had been a bad experience dining at Macdonalds today and I really can't say that I'm lovin' it anymore.

The system that you have for ordering and collecting food is an epitome of failure and in no so many words, truly SUCKS!!!. On any average day during breakfast, only ONE miserable counter is open for orders, causing the queue to snake out of the restaurant. And all it takes is one large order to come through, and everyone whose queue numbers are after that large order, will have to wait 30-40 min for their food. This is plain and simply ridiculous. Something needs to be done about this!

I bought my MCD breakfast from the Suntec branch this morning. I asked for tomato ketchup and was given 3 packs. When I unpack my food at work, I realised the entire ketchup packs were filled with sticky ketchup (they weren't even in liquid form anymore it has semi-dried) which immediately indicated to me that they have been reused or taken from people's leftover trays. The packs had not burst, it actually had remnants of food left behind by other customers which totally disgusted me. The dried ketchup got onto my hashbrown which proves how serious this hygiene issue can be. I am not sure if this is a usual practice at all the MCD outlets and would definitely like to know if this is the normal protocol. For an established F&B chain like yours, I am greatly appalled by the quality control and standard of hygiene, or lack thereof.

Always missing need to ask them again again please cheak what did we ordered and there not happy about it... Again happen today by the Indian girl who served me.... I'm not asking for free ..
