Although this place is ideal to go to when you have kids, I was disappointed when one of the servers approached us to say that we have to stop our kids from playing in the arts and crafts area because their “time is up”, otherwise, we would have to pay extra. First of all, I do not mind paying extra just to extend the arts and crafts time, however, the manner that she approached us was a bit rude. I am still rating this place 3 stars because we actually enjoyed the food and our time there. Also, one of the servers approached us to apologize for their staff’s “rude approach” to us. Hopefully they will train their staff well regarding this matter.

Parking here is usually tough but come here on Sunday before 6pm should still be ok. There is a parking lot just across the building. Great place for the kids to pass their time and parents to relax. Reservation is a must since they host many events so check first if they are open to public before visiting

Great for kids, we especially love playing with the shrink plastic here... Girls can make nice gifts for friends. Be sure to check their Facebook to see if they have events. We usually go right after the event ends so that we can get a table

Just $5 for 2 hours of crafting fun with unlimited supplies for the little ones while mummies can finally have some time to catch up with friends.
Parking is limited. But there is an open parking opposite.

We held our son's 1st birthday party at EatPlayLove and we were very happy with the entire experience we had there. The staff were very attentive n service was good. Our guests liked the food and the children had fun doing the shrink plastic artwork. Special thanks to Tristan & team and also "the sensational cakes" team for the cake n layout of the desert table. Highly recommended. Will bring our kids back for the artwork n food again.

Celebrate my girl's first birthday with EatPlayLove and highly recommend! They will prepare everything so beautifully done up, leave it to them they will do their best for you. We celebrated our first born's 1st ever birthday here at EatPlayLove Cafe last month & we never regretted our decision choosing this beautiful and cosy cafe! We liaised with Tristan Mark and Gayle via email and they managed all the details of the party for us. Thank you for your patience to do up the designs as requested. We requested for a Moana themed party and WOW, they did an amazing job with the dessert table and decorations. Everything was so bright, cheery and colourful.
The staff who assisted us on that day itself were really friendly and helpful. Their party food consists of a fusion of Thai-Western, it was tasty and good for both kids and adults, all of our guests enjoyed the food. Do try their Thai ice cream with nuts and grass jelly too, it tastes sweet & nice!
Another thing about this place, its an art & craft cafe and there's a designated arts and craft area for kids to get occupied & creative, away from the dining area. The kids really enjoyed themselves there.

The candy corner and the birthday cake, based on Mickey mouse theme, was definitely another impressive highlight by the cafe, especially for photo taking pics!

I'm a little disappointed with the overall service from the cafe for events.
Food: The portions are quite small. It wasn't sufficient for the arranged catered number of guests. It was embarrassing for us, as host to realise that guests did not have enough to eat.
Seating capacity: The min no of guests to cater for the whole restaurant is 60. However the place ended up too crowded to host for that number of ppl. And we do not have 60 pax at any point of time. And we had some difficulty maneuvering ard.
Feedback from my guest is that the staffs can be abit more flexible. When he asked one of the staff if he could be spare one balloon (just one) for his son, he was told to purchase it at $2. It wasn't abt the purchase. But perhaps going a little more will reflect leave a better experience for the guests. Which in turn promotes the restaurant overall image.
The good: it's really a one stop service. Nice decoration, great location with plenty of parking lots, hassle free, really lovely candy table. I give it 10/10 for the candy table.

Never regretted doing my sonny's first birthday at EPL. Fuss free & just came empty handed to a beautiful awesome themed set up. Planning was quick and designer was totally on task to make changes till I'm satisfied. Money well spent and worth it. I definitely enjoyed myself way more than the son...Guests feedback that they love the fact that there was an art & craft area to entertain the kiddos & cafe was totally cozy...Tristan was most helpful whenever I had a concern or query...Oh & food was oh sooo superb!!!
However, I do feel that staff ought to be more cheerful & approachable...Most of them seemed pretty solemn that day & their smiles seemed so forced...They can't seem to wait for the party to end...

Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Tristan and his team for putting up such a great effort in ensuring the success of my boy's birthday party.
You guys have been such a joy to work with. Gayle did an excellent job in designing the party set which includes the cupcakes toppers, drink labels, favor tags as well as the A4 size poster. The dessert table was so beautifully set up, and we have received so many positive feedback from our guests. We will definitely recommend you guys to our friends.
All in all, It was an AWESOME experience celebrating my boy's birthday at your cafe.

Food was horrendous. The over peppered chicken chop was tough, dry and lacklustre, served with fries and some purplish pink coleslaw. At $11.90, you are better off ordering from a hawker western stall which tastes better, with more sides. The kids meal mac and cheese was worse. It was prepared using instant nacho cheese sauce. Take your money elsewhere and save your tastebuds. The only saving grace was the kids crafts corner. If you ever go there, just pay $5 for your kids to do crafts and order some drinks.
