Good service. Bak kuteh soup was nice and peppery. Managers are friendly and singers as well. Not the sleazy kind of place at all.

Great food. Son ordered mud crab in black pepper. The creature was full and fresh - worth the amount charged. The ribs dish chosen by my daughter in law was delicious. My 4 years old grand daughter feasted on the roasted chicken in a way I've not seen before. The other dishes were slightly above average. It was nice.

Visited for the first time on a relatively slow Sunday at 1pm. Whilst the dim sum fare was actually pretty good, service was not, especially given the restaurant was not busy. We were served two pots of tea twice by two different waitresses (order mix up, clearly the staff don’t communicate), we had to wait pretty Long for someone to take our order (staff were busy clearing n setting up tables when the restaurant is not busy), one old waitress had a really sour face on and our dessert took ages. Nobody told us about the potential waiting time. Restaurant manager took it off the bill but just said “sorry” but did not engage to seek feedback - which just shows they don’t value our feedback because they know it is unlikely that we will return. Still, food was good which is why I have rated it 3 stars.

Great CNY lunch menu here. Fresh Soon Hock fish really impressed with its clean, flaky flesh and soya based sauce, as did the crackling pork belly. Nice and quiet during lunch too! Only thing is the location and accessibility.

The Chinese food here is simply amazing! Unique yet comforting. Coupled with the soothing live music performance and great service from their very experienced staff, it was a memorable night. Great for families, friends and celebrations!

My husband and I stayed next door in Furama Riverfront hotel on vacation and so naturally we had dinner in Orient Palace on some evenings. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming and the staff were exceptional. Lawrence Xialong was a very attentive host, for starters, he suggested the "Bak kut teh" which is a traditional soup in Singapore (delicious... by the way), a spicy cucumber starter snack (can't remember the name but it was amazing) and fried fish skin (nice but wasn't too crazy about it). We were waited upon by Keith Lee who made us comfortable and even asked for our preferred music (they usually have a live band and they're really good). All in all, it was an incredible experience, and we'll be sure to stop by when next we're in Singapore.
