The service has definitely changed over the years. I also think that they have changed their serving style which leads to slow service from the staff. I actually quite used to wait, in terms of food mcd has always been consistent. I hope they can change their serving method or perhaps new way to do it.

One of the few 24 hours fast food joint in Fajar area.
Service was always fast. And staffs were always fast and efficient.
With the safe distancing, the queue might be long during the weekend meal times.
Overall a standard great Mac Donald experience!

Always queue outside as only 2 machines for order. Inside no people and have to wait for at least 10-15 mins outside . Not “fast food “ anymore. Call “slow food”

Mcdonald's has grown bigger so as the restaurant manager ego and arrogance at fajar. Ordered via McDelivery app, was quoted at 01:10hrs on 26th April (Fjr-429) but near to 1:50am, the order still not arrived despite assurance from your customer service that the restaurant will call me back which never happened as the manager ego and arrogance is growing.
A blatant disregard to customer which just want to get stomach filled but was deprived of the rights by that useless restaurant manager!!! Why on earth Mcdonald's still employ this useless person become a manager at night shift?

Always missing something from the order and extremely long wait time with nobody for crowd control, to eaise efficiency and speed up the queue, queue has been stagnant for 30 minutes... fast food chain become slow food...

After upgrade, place look more sleek and nice. Ordering food via kiosk is easy but waiting time can be quite long especially on peak periods. They do have table service too, so once u order u can have a seat.

Ordered was keyed into the system and the manager or staff didn’t even inform us about the sold out of a particular order and the manager did not even feel sorry that our order was not prepared.

One of the worse outlet i ever encountered!! Been ordering almost everyday from the outlet but out of 7 days a week 4 days sure have missing here n there when the order arrive home.. missing fries, missing apple pie missing here missing there. I dont blame the delivery rider coz even walk in buy also missing here n there.. 👎👎 everytime must check the order before leaving the outlet which i guess very hassle to do that coz I thought the staff will check everything but i was WRONG!!
