Suntec City Mall has a Japanese Section which you will VERY EASILY MISSED. It has popular major stores & F&Bs like Tokyu Hands, Don Don Donki, Monster Curry, Godiva, Tim Ho Wan, Din Tai Fung, etc. You WILL HAVE get to the WEST ATRIUM & take the escalator up near Uniqlo or H&M from the 1st Level & you can reachout for many, many other shops after stopover at these Japanese major stores & F&B.😍Be prepared that you will need at least a day to shop at Suntec City. You can easily access directly to Suntec City via MRT to Promenade Station & take Exit A into Suntec City Mall😍🤩👍👍

I was really disappointed with the food, I ordered grilled items on the menu and out of the 3 items ordered 2 came cold, we ordered gohan and miso soup set which cost $7 and to my surprise that was also cold and was off poor quality, something that you might find in a hawker centre.
Service was really slow, food was left at the counter waiting to be served and there were like only 5 tables occupied.
Imagine grilled food served cold!!!!
Nothing beats pay a premium price and getting cold food, will I return ? Definitely
not.

thumbs up for their Service and food ! I will definitely go back there again. The staff are really thoughtful and nice. They plated and added fruits on my plain Bday cake and even gave us complimentary sake. The presentation of the food is as good as it taste! I Highly recommend!

Was supposed to go another joint... But was put off by the crowd... So, ended up here... And was pleasantly surprised by the food... Ordered 4 of the recommended dished.. And all were satisfying.. Only issue would have been the air-con.. It's too strong and the food actually turns cold very quickly... Will consider sitting at the alfresco area...

Terrible service. Asked the waiter regarding our order as it took a long time to serve. His reply was golden- whatever you have placed order, will be served. When we ask for the bill, the same waiter heard us calling him, he simply walked away and ignored us twice. In the end, I walked up to another lady waitress to call for the bill. Thank you for your 'excellent' service. Such a gem that I would never ever want to come back.

Arrived at 7pm. Its 940pm now. Ordered the Omakase. Till now we’ve only eaten the appetiser, sashimi and chawanmushi. They also came to tell us that they ran out of lobster which is our main course for the Omakase. Bad restaurant management. Customers who came later than us also received their lobster. I wonder what time will we finish eating tonight �

Food was terrible. We ordered the Gyu Tan TeppanTeriyaki and the beef was so tough it could not be chewed. We asked for a replacement and it was still the same. Disappointing experience. Never coming back again.

Yakitori Don is not hit enough. Rice is a bit tough not like Japanese grade. But they charge the same price as Sumiya at Suntec Hall.

One of the worst meals ever had. We had to wait more than 40 mins for our mains to come out to be then told almost an hour into our meal that they didn't have 2 of our items ordered. Never again

Some dishes hit and misses - biggest disappointment was the Warayaki roast beef. Overcooked, tough and looks nothing like the picture - do not order!
