Review Refuel - Singapore

Has been here a few time with my family. Serve nice brunch. Their BBQ Pulled Pork is very juicy and tasty. Waffle is light and fluffy. Can try their Porky Egg Waffle, Refuel Pancake. Quite generous portion.

We came down to have our dinner and the kids love the foods here. The foods are great. We ordered 2 Salmon Mac & Cheese for the kids, Honey Lemon Chicken, Miss-O Salmon and Maple Wings. Drinks are Ice Chocolate, Ice Orange Mint Tea, Oreo Milkshake and Caramel Latte. The drinks are good too. Never regret coming down for their foods and drinks!! ☺️☺️👍🏾👍🏾 Their foods definitely worth coming down!!

Had my brunch here. Reached 11am and it’s already quite a numbers of queue, we waited about 40 mints. busy cafe and the staffs are tried their best for sitting arrangement , just the cafe space not big cannot occupied too many peoples. Pancake & mushroom toast was tasty, worst to try; but the ice mocha & ice latte so-so. Aircon cafe, don’t mind to try out if stay near by.

Made booking for 5 during peak time 12pm. They called to confirmed and were nice to hold the reservation for 10 minutes. Had their Chicken bacon burger at an affordable $16 (thereabouts) and hot americano. Satisfying. Went there for a team bonding lunch before heading to the nearby Forest Adventure and it was a nice place to chit chat. Not so noisy but yet full of life (it was full but it is not that big too). Will probably revisit and update the review and try more stuffs. Oh. It was hard to get a parking though.

We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated but only because we came at the peak of lunch hour, by 1:30pm the line was gone. We ordered one cappuccino and one latte, it was so delicious we had to get another round. Food overall was really nice and service was excellent! I would go back again for sure! And it was worth the wait

Nice cozy corner for a cup of coffee and brunch. Also serves good dinner options. Food is good! As there are only a few cafes in the area, be prepared to wait during peak hours.

I have always a soft spot for all day breakfast menu. I specially liked their pulled pork Benedict for many other eateries will pair with ham or bacon. Also, jasmine with rose tea is a unusual flavour. Will be back for more.

The food is nicely presented and the portion is reasonably large. Food quantity is good as well. The restaurant is set in a quiet neighbourhood that makes this a delightful breakfast experience. After this meal, you may skip lunch.

Contrary to other reviews, we had pretty good service and food here. When I wanted to add bacon on top of my French toast the service staff reminded me that they put the ice cream over the French toast so maybe better to separate the ice cream from the toast. It was a good suggestion. We were a huge party of 8, so had to wait a while for a table but the service crew did what they could. Even offered another table for 6 first and we could shift when another table opened up. 2nd time here and would definitely visit again.

The menu is rather extensive, food is delicious and ambience is pretty cool. But customer service really needs to be improved! I almost ate a piece of cling wrap that somehow got into my (otherwise very yummy) pasta. The seemingly untrained waiter who responded to me didn't seem the least bit apologetic and merely said as a matter of factly that the cling wrap was used to wrap the ingredients in the pasta. Service recovery was 0/10.

I am writing this as I wait for my food. The service itself already negates the whole experience. I asked to change the scrambled eggs in the full brekkie to poached eggs and was told it will cost $1.50 to change. Reason is poached eggs are only reserved for Benedict dish. This inflexibility to accommodate a customer's small request (and the unapologetic and impatient way you addressed my request) will be your disadvantage when many other cafes are happy to oblige. So I ordered the Benedict instead which is $3 cheaper. In insisting on the $1.50, you have lost $3. Something to think about.

I like the interior of this cafe as it is very cosy and external view is also pleasing. The food servings are also huge and value for money. I rate the taste of food as ..

The food here really is excellent. I've had the Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon, the Scrambled Eggs with Pesto, and the Full Tank breakfast. My children have had the Salted Caramel Waffles, French Toast, and Berry Pancakes. All delightfully presented! The one big drawback is the fact that each dish comes completely without timing with any of the others so often one person is finished before another even gets their meal. Very annoying, and really the only let down here.

Horrible Went there full seats, was asked to leave my contact down while waiting seats, sat outside the cafe only to have someone else took a just vacanted seat. Horrible, you ask people to be put in a waiting list to ignore the waiting list even though I came here and waited first Never coming again. Wasted 30 minutes waiting just to have a seat taken by someone who walked in, awesome.

Great to find a brunch place that takes reservations. Enjoyed the food and service. Special mention to the staff today for accommodating the spaghetti orders for my girls.

Food and desserts taste good. Presentation of food is nice. However, I waited for about 22 mins for 1 waffle ice cream and the cafe is not crowded on weekday evening. I reminded and asked the staff thrice if my waffle was ready. Each time they told me they were preparing and well be served soon.

They didn't serve the my refuel dish until all of my family finish their dish. But the pancakes are good

Nice food & good service. Some other feedback: 1. Inside the cafe is quite warm. 2. No free wifi. 3. No food picture in the menu. Overall experience is nice. Will visit again.

Visited the cafe for our first time on vday and took orders by 9.21pm. We placed one main and one dessert to be served later as asked by the staff. Pasta only came 20mins later, although it is a bit longer than expected but we're fine to wait. While waiting, one of the staff came to ask if it is ok for us to get our dessert now as they're closing soon. If you know you're closing at 10pm, you should inform your customers while they're taking their orders. We were trying to tuck in faster, halfway of our dessert, at about 10pm, the same staff came again to inform they'll be closing in another 5mins. Your main priority should be your customers and making sure they enjoy their meal and not in a way rushing them and especially it is their first visit. Although you guys serve nice food at reasonable price, but you did not think for your customers.

Ordered 4 dishes. Mushroom soup and toast, Baked salmon, baked chicken & Honey bbq chicken. Portion was decent except for honey chicken served, it was cold! Waiter removed it to heat up that took quite some time as my family already finished their dinner then it was served. Other than the soup, rest of food served were not piping hot, a letdown. May patronize again to try their dessert.

Amongst 3 of us, we ordered a Pulled Pork Waffle, Salmon Benedict and Mushroom Awesomeness. Didn't have to wait long for the latter 2 dishes, and I appreciate that they informed me about a 5 min delay for the waffles, due to a fault with the machine. Overall, pricing, food and service was good, and I loved the ambience, decor and feels of it. Wasn't that crowded/noisy either. Will recommend, and will go again!

I was there yesterday late morning for brunch. I did not need to wait for a table. There is a great variety in the menu. Tried their recommended Porky Egg Waffle, which has a mix of savory and sweet taste and their portions is enough for big eaters like myself. The peanut butter milkshake was very good!!!

Fuel plus/breko cafe's sister cafe i believed in bedok. Similar more affordable brunch and western menu with some changes here and there. One of the exclusives here is the pancake banana ($9 5). 3 banana pancakes with sunflower seed, chocolqte syrup and ice cream. While the pancakes are much thinner than your usual, it still still a little bit of fluff, banana was not really tasteable in the batter though they served this with banana

F/B 4/5
Ambiance 4/5
Servicr 4/5

Regular in this cafe ! I recommended the ice lychee tea ( you couldnt get enough of it ) . For main dish i love the salmon (with mash potatoes) . And for dessert almost everything is good, but the best is French Toast. The french toast is topped with chocolate, maple syrup, and berries 😍😍.

Every weekend will be fullhouse, so just call and reserve before hand!
