Great place to buy the bun. Great tasty bun. Wide variety. And supposedly health buns. Loved this sesame bun too. The outlet at Suntec City allowed customers to sit down and to have freshly heated buns, with a hot cup of drinks too. Prices were reasonable. The service was alright too. Strongly recommended.

Very good quality buns. Repeated visits at this outlet and the one at amk. Staff at Suntec are more friendly than the aunty at amk. Saw them making the black sesame buns today too. Good to know that everything is done in store. 😍 They’re having a promo whereby you can add $1 for any hot drink if you buy a bun from them. Would love to come here for breakfast/ tea one day, eat a bun, drink a hot drink and sit by the Suntec fountain. Very chill and wholesome outlet haha My usual go to are: black sesame and yam. Saw that they have durian today, so I got them too. Order 6 and they’ll pack it in a box for you 👍

One of female staff was kind and friendly. This was my 1st visit and she suggested her recommended bun. Though I rarely go to this area, I’d like to go again for getting their buns!

It pulls apart so gently while retaining it’s distinct features of a pau (LIKE HOW?!!). 🥺 I also love the unadulterated taste of the purple sweet potato with that distinct aroma without being excessively overpowering or artificial. It is not too sweet either - a perfect breakfast without a sugar crash. 🍠 This is a perfect epitome of what a perfect bao should be like - fragrant, packed with lotssss of “liao”, yet not too strong-tasting for a breakfast. Buy me more!!!

Always love their super soft and fluffy bun!! Will always get it from their City Square Mall outlet previously 🥲 hopefully there will be a new outlet in the east!! I love all their buns but the fav fav fav will prob be banana chocolate and curry chicken potato! 😂

was with my parents in the afternoon and visited the store to purchase approx 50 of those buns in a go for a weekend event and since the displayed tray is left with little buns, we made a simple request for the buns sitting behind with the chefs for easy packing one shot, the shop assistant said that the "boss" said we can't buy from this newly heated buns as the displayed unit has some left, we need to clear them. I felt this is a very simple request from a client to the business but being rejected just like that, doesn't make any business sense, nevertheless, already happened and an unfortunate experience. we left without purchasing any, went to bought cakes elsewhere in the end.

One of my favourite places for tea breaks. The variety of the Mantou are innovative. Have tried the chilli crab soup on a rainy afternoon and sure it is comforting. Can taste the ginger and onions inside. Warms the body up without burning my mouth.

A must try!! A good mix of east meets west concept. Chili crab soup is good tasting and complements their custom buns well. Will be back for more of their buns.

Last visit for me and my family. Period. This waitress by the name Nana(but name on receipt was written as vincent koh/chang ling, visit 05 Nov 17 7.56pm), had terrible customer service. Firstly, when I told her my order, she was unresponsive and I didn’t know if she had gotten my order. After ordering, I asked if I am able to pay using paywave, she shook her head and had this unpleasant/unfriendly expression as if I have said something alien/funny/insulting to her.. I then asked if mastercard is accepted and she replied with a very unfriendly tone that it’s only for 10 dollars.. irked by her attitude, I then asked her why this is not displayed anywhere on the counter and she then pointed to a placard which was facing inwards, not visible to customers at all. Oh and finally, she didn’t give me my receipt, and when requested verbally by me, she then printed it out and gave it to me, unwilling. The tea and coffee ordered at this shop really left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Felt very unwelcome even though I am a paying returning customer.
