Loving the light texture of the cream cheese mouse yet the flavour did not go hidden upon reaching the red fruit (berries) gelee, well balanced between the slight sourness and sweetness. The biscuit crust base came with buttery fragrance. There is absolutely nothing not to love about Scarlett and as one saying, good food good mood and thats what made mine today.

Always my favourite patisserie. Tuck in a neighbourhood, it is almost left unnoticed. The cakes and tarts are always delicately made, just nice, not too sweet.

The Patisserie is tucked away in a heartland location, with convenient parking (at least off peak but during school holidays). No queue, but a steady stream of customers. The selection is reasonable, but what they produce is exquisite, and not too pricey, although more expensive than anything you would buy from a normal neighborhood bakery, but that's comparing apples and oranges.

Exotique is my personal favourite, love how the zesty & refreshing passion fruit pairs with the fragrant coconut.

I came here for the third time, I really like the strong bakery smell when I open the door, which makes people feel happy. Must buy every time Petit Tart Gift Box (6 pcs).The tarts are absolutely amazing and delicious. My favourite is the Chocolate Almond Tart &Lemon Meringue Tart.
The cake will prefer Earl Grey Lavender , Carrot Cake, Rose.Especially is Rose was amazing very smell rose and smooth with a cornflakes base.I love it.
Reasonable pricing with great tastes.Great ambience and high quality desserts. I will come back again.

Food quality and taste is there. Especially enjoyed the passion fruit desert as both taste and textures had layers (coconut base very good). Size is abit petite but price is ok. Due to covid, only have 3 tables available for dining in. Tarts were gone when I reached at 3pm. The Earl grey cake was very very moist as tho tiramisu layers. They could have served plain water as many cafes do and the disposable utensils just not that matching with the dish.

Ordered the rose whole cake for a birthday celebration and the cake was really awesome! It was well received by my relatives. Not too sweet for the elderly as well! It was a great combination between lychee, raspberry and rose. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I ordered a customised cake for my birthday celebrations yesterday evening. It was so delicious that my guests wiped it out in a matter of minutes! It was a Caramel Popcorn Chocolate Cake with Raspberry and Peanut Butter, lovingly baked by the really talented Chara! She even surprised me with popping candy in the cake! My guests loved it so much that I barely got a slice for myself to try! Super yummy! Ciel's cakes are highly recommended and the baker-owner provides absolutely the best and most patient customer service, and I will definitely order from them again in a heartbeat!

Ordered a customised cake for my daughter's birthday celebration and everyone loved the moist and flavourful chocorocher cake! The addition of mini chocolate balls in the frosting gave a nice crunch with every bite. And the 2D fondant cartoon characters on the cake looked exactly like the real thing. Cakes and tarts available at the shop taste great too especially the Lemon Meringue Tart, Ondeh Ondeh Cake and Strawberry Shortcake. Ciel is definitely the place to satisfy your sweet tooth and order customised cakes for your events!

I've been going to Chara for my family's customized birthday cakes yearly. Her cakes are every bit as delicious as they look, suited to our palate as they aren't too sweet and the flavours are nicely nuanced. Ciel Patisserie will be our go-to cake shop for many years to come.

Went to the Hougang branch a month plus ago and Chara (i think) was really nice to go the extra mile by setting aside some tarts that i wanted to buy but could only make it to the shop after work. This meant that those tarts could potentially be sold out by the time i reach if she didnt do so.
The tarts didnt disappoint and it is sooooo hard to even find decent tarts in Singapore. Will def be going back again :)

Been visiting Ciel since their launch party and to-date, their creations have been nothing but excellent, consistent & fresh. Their strawberry shortcake is one of the best I have had and you can never go wrong with any of their tarts. The Lemon Meringue & Chocolate Caramel are my fave:) Keep up the good work Ciel!

Ciel’s Strawberry Shortcake made me open to trying cream cakes again. I really like that they use quality ingredients. It really shows in the taste.
The Fraiche has also become a firm favourite with my family and I. The tart filling is refreshing and not something you’ll forget!

Hi my hubby and I fell in love with your strawberry shortcake a few years ago when we first tasted it at the hougang branch. We love the freshness and lightness and fine texture of the cake. I decided to order this cake for my hubby's birthday last month on 17 sep. However, we were very disappointed. The cake was not as moist and texture not as fine as what we had tasted a few years ago. the strawberry was a bit sour too. If your quality is going to stay like this, I might as well get similar strawberry shortcake at half the price at another bakery.

I ordered a dessert table from Ciel for our wedding. We had an assortment of four 8 inch buttercream (Chocolate/ Nutella, Red velvet/ Cream cheese and Chocolate/ Salted Caramel) cakes, lemon and fruit tarts, Sel, mini madeleines (honey and green tea), etc. The desserts were delicious and service was excellent!
