Quiet Mall , even on a friday.

A rather unusual mall. Not too much going on, except the dimly-lit but well-stocked Cold Storage in the basement. Happened to come here because the adjoining hotel did not allow us to wait for their guest in their lobby. There is free wifi in the mall which helps you pass time before your next appointment. The Irish bar looked quite lively around 6.30pm but it was the only sign of life at that time.

A small shopping mall. There is a cafe, Cold Storage supermarket and others. A little quiet.

Small little mall @ orchard.
Usually quiet here.
Has orchard hotel, a spa, pizzeria and subway among others.
Also houses a departmental store.

A smaller scale shopping with Cold Storage as anchor tenent. A few shops has stopped operating partly due to Covid 19... I believe.... Quiet nice place actually. Conveniently located beside HOTEL.

Other than cold storage, nothing much for me to go around. And subway had been shut down for like quite long in there. Hence nth for mi to eat as the rest doesnt rouse me in eating

A quiet and rather soulless place. A shadow of its former self. Shops looked tired and languishing under the grip of Covid. The Peranakan restaurant was closed when I visited and was a pitiful sight ( it was only the start of the week !) The decorations looked ornate and once bore the signs of a thriving restaurant. Such a shame when I wanted to try it out during lunch. Much of this little venue "Claymore Connect" have changed . It looked unrecognisable and remarkably staid.

I ordered Hot chocolate from the branch at NUS, their hot chocolate was not hot enough....

Don't bother with their food, coffee or service. There's a Starbucks and CBTL just a few steps away.

Good coffee. Been patroniding since it started at Shenton. Back then owner was very attentive. Lately servers are not listening/attentive to customers. Distracted. Twice they in a roll this week they made a miatake on my order & it wasnt even a Q...

Ordered their full breakfast and it took more than 20 minutes to be served even though the cafe was less than 30% occupied. What was left of the coffee had gone cold by the time it arrived. The food was mostly fine except for the mushrooms which were waaaay too salty. We sent the mushrooms back and they said they’d bring us a new batch. Fast forward 30 minutes and the mushrooms hadn’t arrived. We followed up, by the we’d finished the rest. They said that mushrooms are cooked from scratch therefore take time. Seriously - I cook mushrooms of all sorts and more complicated dishes so I know mushrooms don’t take that long to cook - what bull! Left after giving their staff - who didn’t seem to understand what good restaurant service is - some feedback, which they will ignore I’m sure coz Singaporeans don’t care about good table service. So owners of this Jewel franchise, I’d you’re reading this and do something about it - good on you. Regardless, I’m not going ever again.

Great ambience and excellent cuppa. The Almond croissants are a must-try.

Why are you not getting your coffee here? Go past Starbucks and support this wonderful team if true coffee aficionados.
