Avoid this outlet at all costs. Bought a soy milk drink around 7.30pm on a Wednesday( it was not crowded).
The cup given to me was not sealed properly and the drink spilled at the shop front on the floor+shoes. I requested for a new cup but the auntie insisted that the machine was faulty. I asked if all the previous customers had a faulty sealed cup like mine, but she didn’t now seem to bother.
It seemed rather simple to replace it with a new cup cause a good amount of drink spilled.
I do not recommend this outlet.

This chain is generally really good and I enjoy their products but it was my first time going to the Novena Square branch and I am disappointed to have experienced such terrible customer service. The cashier was extremely rude, abrupt and hostile towards me after I asked her for my drink because SHE forgot to give it to me. I don't know if she was just having a bad day or whatever but either way that is no excuse to speak to customers with such aggression and hostility. I don't think I will visit this particular branch in the future thanks to one cashier with extremely bad customer service.

Friendly staff and good selection of food. You'll be surprise by the many different types of prodiction made by soya bean which they offer. Then even now have ice cream! Try the ginger soup with glutinous balls. Tasty and healthy. The pancakes comes in many flavours too.

Have never been a fan of soy, but the ice cream isn't overpowering. The pancakes have a slightly strange taste that differs from regular pancakes (soy?) but are great quick snacks/meals.
