Best ice cream ever from McDonald dessert kiosk. It's only available from their dessert kiosk.
Usually 1 cone cost $1.00, but here it cost $1.20. Anyway, the portion is slightly more compared to other dessert kiosks I have had.

McDonald's in Marina Square is a very clean, efficient, service oriented and well organized.
From the entry point where I show my fully vaccinated status, we were given a sticker to indicate our vaccinated status and shown to a place quickly.
Next we order on the kiosk individually. I have chosen to self collect but I didn't pay attention that my meal is ready for collect and the staff served the right meal to my table even without me letting them know what I ordered.
The staff regularly mop the floor. As there were many customers during the weekend, the staff were able to manage the orders well.
The food is prepared very efficiently and they taste good.
There's also a sanitizer that you can use before eating.
Last but not least, we clear our tables after the meal.

One thing I learnt yesterday was to taste the sprite after you takeaway. After I ordered and took my meal back home, I was unpleasantly surprised with carbonated water instead of sprite. Please prevent this from having again.

Staff service is kind of ok. Was given a wrong order - ordered Sausage McMuffin with Egg but was only given a Sausage McMuffin. Staff are also very slow in their service with lots of food congested at the counter. Hygiene at stake as customers are crowding over the food and talking to the staff.

I had high expectation of this place. Good service, but BAD food. I had food poisoning because of the quarter pounder and i really wished that i can rate less than ONE star as I had the worst case of food poisoning ever

I would like to commend one of your staff today around 5- 6pm, he had a hearing and speach impairment. We asked him for a direction and he signalled to us that he cant hear and speak. Bu then we just said thank you then, because we understand. But he insisted to help us and bring out a paper and pen. We did write our question and he wrote back the answer. He was very helpful and did not let impairment be an excuse for him not to give an excellent customer service!!! He get was ready to get out of his way just to help!!! Thank you and kudos to you!!!

Culinary Workout
Love how they come up with seasonal flavours of soft serve for a dollar. Most of them are totally amazing! Must try! Their coffee and pancakes are actually pretty good. They no longer have vegetarian or vegan options in their burgers so I end up having fries and soft serve. Like the fact that they have other options besides soft drinks. Please bring back the mc veggie.

This Review is based only on the ice cream that I tried. The litchi ice cream is good, just for one dollar. Couldn't find a lot of options in food for vegetarians though.
