Review Keisuke Tokyo - Singapore

Matthew Lee
One of the rare ramen place that serves with crab broth. Queue was ridiculously long during dinner time on a weekend, but the turnaround was quite fast. Ordered the crab special as well as the nanban chicken. I loved it when they serve the free flow beansprouts and I quite like that a lot and asked for another serving and they were quite nice to provide me with extras. First came the nanban chicken which was a little oily but was well covered by the sauce. Also enjoyed the egg potato mayo salad topping on it. Then came the ramen which was really big, ordered the Special cause wanted all the ingredients in a bowl. It was so filling had a hard time trying to finish it. The best thing was the bill. Food portion was big but the price is so reasonable. Always a good choice to visit whenever am in Suntec. Recommended to try the crab broth which is super rich and flavourful.

Food - Food was really good. We ordered the crab broth and spicy miso. The noodles were really stretchy and bouncy, very “Q”. We were also given free eggs and marinated bean sprouts while we were waiting. It was very satisfying meal. Staff - Staff were fast and attentive, and were quick in replying and responding to our needs. Ambience - it was a nice environment with thoughtful designs and aesthetics. Brought me to my time back in Japan 🇯🇵 Konnichiwa and arigatou for reading this. It is awesome

Environment is good, food is ok, service is real bad. Nobody is interested to serve. We were there shopping today and my girl wanna go Tim Ho Wan for lunch but it was closed. So we just settled with this restaurant since just next door. The waitress and waiters have no smile on their face, when asked about what to choose, the waitress told us they have no onsen egg so just asked us to choose a basic noodles. So we did. I asked if there is bamboo shoot in the ramen, she said yes! And it came without, so we have to ask her to add order. It is a very bad experience. Never return.

Keisuke ramen rarely disappoints. The stock is thick and flavoursome, the noodles are silky with a good bite. The chashyu is generous, as are the other toppings. Nothing to complain about the service either, and kids eat free. Awesome!

Another 1 of Keisuke's amazing chain of restaurants. Tried the crab broth and bonito broth and both were equally good in it's own way. Free flow eggs and beansprouts as usual.

Excellent service. Super nice ramen. Giant servings. Give free child set. I was super surprised. And comes with free flow bean sprouts and hard boiled eggs. Will come back again!

I went at 4.30pm, when no one has dinner. Service was efficient as not very many customers. Ramen and soup was very tasty, very rich... Got full very quickly! And they give you free flow boiled eggs and bean sprouts... Almost too much for one person to eat alone. For a single bowl of special tonkotsu ramen and all the free flow stuff above, it was $20 (after service and GST). Not the cheapest, but I thought it was still worth it

Entered at 9pm, 1 hour before closing time, 30 mins before kitchen closes. The waitress seems more focus in closing the shop rather than having customers. Many parts of the shops were cleaned and closed, left only 3 tables. Then service was very poor, with the waitresses clearly frustrated at me. Most of them were crowded at the chef station, waiting for the closing of the shop. When a few more customers entered, the service staff was clearly frustrated. The only person who is keen for business is the ramen chef, directing the waitresses to stay focus and bring the utensils back to the table. Overall, poor experience. They might want to change the closing hour to 9.30 or even 9pm since they are not sincere in welcoming customers.
