Ordered a set meal, the food is pretty fresh and tasty. Wide variety of soup to select. Cleanliness is of the restaurant is really in tip top condition - I cooked my raw meat throughout the meal and not a single fly appear at all. I feel communication can be better during serving as order got mixed up occasionally, but the staffs were really friendly and nice people. Very value for money, you will leave with a happy tummy.

Fantastic eating experience in this venue. The food was really delicious and fresh, who would have thought even tofu made ingredient can taste so good. The vegetable and laksa broth was equally fantastic. Customer service was great, the staff will check on your soup level and ask whether to top up. You can make your own dipping sauces as well. The taste for the entire meal is well balance for my palette.

Uber good restaurant!! Will visit regularly from here on. Price point is good — the set lunches are between $20.00 to $25.00 and they give more than enough. Soup bases are sedap/tasty/wholesome and you have almost 20 to choose from. Uncooked food is fresh! Service is friendly! I can’t complain about anything.

Value for money single lunch set. We came when restaurant was about to close after lunch service, nevertheless the staff was so ever welcoming. Invited us in and allowed us to take our time to finish. Good service I would say, as I saw many other restaurants turning ppl away when they are abt to break after lunch hour.
Great variety of meat choices and seafood sets. Will be back again.

Awesome hot pot! Great and fresh food and definitely affordable. Love the dips and side dishes as well. The Laksa and Tom yum soup base were good. Will definitely be back to try the rest.

Individual hotpots with an unobstructed CBD view, what more could one ask for?
We got the 1 for 1 burpple wagyu ribeye set; the meat wasn’t particularly fantastic but we liked the soups bases - fish milk was very umami and got more and more flavorful over time, tomato soup was refreshing and tart yet savory. The veggies, sides and carb that came with the set was more than enough to fill our bellies! Especially liked the mix-your-own-sauce concept.

The staff Julie is very friendly, very patient to recommend food and explain the menu to us. We ordered a 2-pax set meal which comes with a plate of beef and pork, the meats are nice. Portions of vegetables are enough as well, reasonable price.

This is one of the few places I know that provides both vegan option and individual pot which makes dining for me very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and well informed to advise me which are the vegan friendly options - food and sauces. Impressive!

I did not know about this restaurant and I was around the area so I visited here, it was also my first meal and I got really hungry. It was pretty vacant as it is a Saturday noon. The male staff was really polite and courteous and brought me to my seat, it was a great experience dining alone in a hot pot setting. The food is delicious and the serving is generous, I ordered pork belly for one person and I almost could not finish hehe, the vegetables was served and wrapped up nicely in a basket, it is really a good idea as I do not have to think of what to order for vegetables - there were cabbage, tofu, enoki mushroom, black fungus, tomato etc. I ordered the chicken soup as recommended by the staff, it is really nice! I walked in so I am not entitled to the 20% discount, am really cool about it, the food, service, cleanliness, ambiance and overall price are good enough! I will definitely introduce my friends to visit again. I might be really the lucky person to feel satisfied, even if the service might fail, why do they even deserve a 1 star, from the ratings in this page? How horrible can the food be...nevertheless, good job again! (Y)

Price wise is quite reasonable as there is a 10% for booking a table. Came as a surprise as didn't expect that.
Ambience is good and such a nice place to meet friend after work for dinner.

The chicken soup is fabulous! The seafood and slices of meat are awesomely fresh! The price is reasonable. The service is superb especially a staff called Cindy. She is such a wonderful staff and really efficient. No disappointment- manage to help me to make arrangement to nice place for dinner. Love the food and love the environment!

Disappointed the staff never even bother to tell us that there is a twenty percent for early lunch disc (11.30 to 12.30pm)...
We came in at 11.45am ... At 12.35pm they printed and pass us the bill..
Then upon payment , saw the notice about that 20% discount ...
Oh come on.. shouldn't they tell us once we sat in!

Rude serving staff who can't wait to get rid of you. Our lunch companions took slightly longer to arrive and the staff kept coming over to express their displeasure. Even when some of us had not finished the meal, they kept coming to rush us. Horrible dining experience.

Ingredients are fresh, soup base is nice and friendly service by the staff. Only complaint is the limited seats and counter style seating are not too conducive for groups as it is difficult to talk to each other being seated side by side snd hardly will eat steamboat side by side of each other.
Will visit again and hopefully I will get a proper seat the next time .
