Came half-hearted after reading all the other reviews. The food is surprising good and their service superb! I think the team endeavored to improve and do their best!
Was quickly attended to and seated. A delicous cold tofu was promptly served and so were the tea!
The cut for the maguro was thick!
In consideration to support the restaurant through the pandemic, we ordered just enough to fill our stomach and not greedily many other items just because it is a buffet.
Will definitely come back for more visits!

I was apprehensive about the possibility of slow service for weekend lunch but was pleasantly surprised at how our orders were fulfilled in good time (no excessive waiting).
Hot green tea was quickly refilled without asking as well.
The biggest draw would be the thick and generous cuts of sashimi.
The rest of the dishes were competent but not memorable.
Staff were efficient and friendly.
Thank you 👍🏼

Was with a big group of friends and was given a private room near the entrance, next to staff counter. The staff are polite, rather busy with the evening diners. We have to personally leave the private room to ask the staff to refill our tea a couple of times during the evening. They did not enter the room to check whether our drinks need to be refilled, nor clear the empty plates. They only do so (clear the empty plates) when they enter the room to serve us our food. Sashimi - rather generous serving of sashimi - the slices are pretty thick. California handroll - very small slice of avocado in the handroll. Overall, food is good. Average of $47 per person for the ala carte buffet.

Finally able to dine with more than 5 people so we decided to have our weekday lunch here! It was not crowded so the service was fast even if we ordered quite a lot of food. The dishes were fresh and the staffs were attentive and helpful by constantly helping us fill up our drinks and clearing out empty plates. Overall a satisfying and pleasant weekday lunch buffet experience!!!

Had buffet lunch today and I loved the menu items! Especially the salmon sashimi, super soft! Felt that some of our orders were slow/forgotten. But overall it was a great experience :)

Japanese Buffet at reasonable pricing. Fresh sashimi served. Complimentary prawn dish (one-time serving). Tried hot sake today (chargable at $9.00, for 180ml). Tuna surprisingly out of stock, first time unavailable. Efficient staff topping up green tea and clearing plates. Food se bed fast. Overall, good place to satisfy sashimi craving.

The food is alright especially at that price range. But selection is very limited and many items appeared unavailable such as hamachi sashimi, Unagi etc. Then there is this grilled river prawn with mayo and steam salmon head in teriyaki sauce is so call f.o.c. so basically they serve you once and its not available on the menu to reorder. The other thing that troubles me Is i have spring onion allergy and have told the waiter to inform the kitchen but ...... they still serve us quite a number of dishes with lots of spring onion.

Had this for fathers day and I have to say I regret telling my wife about this buffet restaurant I saw from a random YouTube video. Restaurant looks like a foodcourt and more cramped than a hawker.
The food and sushi which is the worst part, and the only way to describe is its not even supermarket standards, more to homemade standards. Sushi comes half wrapped with soggy seaweed, sliced in a 30 degree fashion not because its artistic but probably to rush out the food.
Lastly is the price not even considered cheap for this kind of lousy standards and they have the audacity to charge my 3 yo kid $37 a pop. How much can a toddler eat especially when there's no dessert or even fruits on the menu? Overall $150 for 2 adults and 2 kids under 6yo, I'd rather spend the money on genki to get better food and services, or slightly more on kiseki and their kids price is only $20 and at least they have fruits n desserts.
The only consolation is the sashimi are considered edible but the cheap imitation wasabi has totally no kick at all.
Please stay away from it like a plague if you value your hard earned money spent on reasonable quality food.

Average, food items limited, not much variety. Price not cheap, food not value for money. Will not recommend to dine there, ambiance not good, like hawker centre so noisy, table arrangement to cramp together.

Superb lunch on Friday. Outstanding sashimi and much more. Had to skip dinner. Very fast service, staff seem happy when eat more at the ala carte buffet. Great value.

Food was good for the price paid but I felt the manager didn't control the crowd well. There was this big crowd on 8 Dec 17 (I assume come from the same company), was making so much noises (in fact screaming) and shouting while playing charades and other games for like an hour. My friends and I was just sitting right beside them and my ear drums are going to explode. Reported this to the manager (with the curly hair) and she said she can't ask them to lower down their voice because this is the Xmas season and she is afraid to offend them. I can accept noise slightly above average but they were screaming!!! I am not sure what is your restaurant's standards. So the manager is afraid to offend that big group but didn't care for the dining experience of the rest of the diners. One Star for poor crowd control.

Food selection and quality was good. Service was not fantastic. Hygiene is a concern as we were sitting at the bar counter and could see staff preparing sashimi while at the same time chatting with a uncle from the kitchen . All of them were not wearing mask and handling raw food and other stuff without changing groves.

Great service and food, even complimentary dishes! There was an auntie who was exceptionally friendly, always checking on us - if we needed new plates, our experience etc. Had a great buffet there with my partner, thank you!

The sashimi is fresh. Service staff are friendly. The free starter is excellent. It's a grilled prawns top with mayonnaise with roe. Setting is cozy, neat and tidy. The sushi rice can be better. Overall I am satisfied.

Good quality of sashimi! The swordfish we had was sweet and juicy! The tea pot soup was great, golden mushroom with beef was also yummy! Irodori maki was their signature dish and we loved it! Service was also good and friendly! will definitely come back again!

Service was good
Drinks a plenty
Food not the best
And had to go back to room to get money as we couldn't charge to our hotel room
Much better choices at singapura plaza and Clarke quay

Quality of food is not there, esp shashimi, wasn't fresh and was not served with cold pack. Getting waitresses's attention to take orders was impossible and they keep making mistakes on our order. Not worth paying for the meal. Will not coming back again.

The food is of high quality and taste. But The ambience is quite poor and service needs lot of improvement

Me and my friends visit here almost every month. The restaurant offers a wide-range of quality fresh sashimi, sushi, handrolls, tempura, and a lot more. There is always a complimentary dish for the guests. The price for a hotel-based Japanese buffet restaurant is reasonable. The staff are busy but they are friendly, attentive, and experts on the menu. Make sure to call for a reservation before heading down as it is usually packed in the evenings and weekends. We will definitely be back soon. :)

Is one of the worst service I have encountered, I'm waiting for 1hours now and the food is still not serve, the waitress is rude and they fail to answer when called

Seriously nothing was nice. It seems it’s the management’s decision to cut corners in the preparation and execution of the food. Salmon sashimi is cheap, so they dump copious amounts of salmon even though I request for the same amount of portions for the other sashimi. Cooked food all came cold.

The food was normal and the service here was below expectations! The waitress didn't clear the table and all the empty plates was just lying around. They served the complimentary prawns to the customer after us even though we are here for about 30 mins already..

All times fav.
But why the boss allow the staff to gather at the cashier there chatting. At one time their volume is louder than customers (only 3 table of customers).
