Very authentic Sichuan food at reasonable prices. Despite ordering mainly appetizers, the portions are considerably large, really value for money. Expect a crowd during dinner time.

Still one of our favourite place when we crave for huiguo pork 回鍋肉 and chilli oil beef 水煮牛肉 . In fact, even the fried vegetables are pretty nice too. Tried the skew BBQ mutton, beef and pork this time. Also up to standard. Reasonable price considering it’s locations. Service is friendly even when it is busy. Parking is the only thing which is always a hassle.

One of my fav Chinese food around the area.
Used to be super crowded and chaotic as they don't follow a certain queue or reservation system. If you come past 8pm it should be alright. Clean place, friendly staff.
Some restaurants have more chili than chicken for their spicy chicken dish and this place isn't one of them. Chicken is really spicy (not much numbness) and crispy and hot. Love the eggplant dish, piping hot. Mutton and beef skewers are great too - there're a few chunks of fat grilled to crispy perfection and melts in your mouth. They now charge 10% for svc charge though.

We just had some stuff from the grill. Was awesome! Perfect spicy level and well balanced flavours and fair prices. Definitely recommended!

Love their grilled fish, we came back again for this. Generous with their sides and big and fresh fish. The grilled fish should be able to share among 3 ppl. Saw many ppl ordered other dishes. A quiet nice place midst the noisy Chinatown. Will come back to try other dishes! 😊

3rd Try After Covid Their Standards Dropped A Fair Bit... My 1st & 2nd Try Are Quite Fabulous Though ~ Especially Their 虾球玉米粒 😋

Had cravings for some Sichuan dishes, specifically the chongjing chicken aka la zi ji (辣子鸡)so I decided to give this eatery a shot. There were plentiful to choose from although this place is one of the quieter ones.
Personally I found the chicken to be a bit lacking in terms of the szechuan peppercorn and salt, but it definitely made up with the quantity of chicken. Minimal sifting through the dried chilli was required. The vegetables with dried fish and black beans was very unique and delicious at the same time. Quantity of the food is quite a lot though. What I've ordered could probably enough for 2 or 3 people.
The staff were welcoming and responsive. Makes me want to come back once more. Kudos!

Local Sichuan style. Here looks like in China, not Singapore. Cheap and common Sichuan cuisine taste.

Maybe we ordered wrongly, but the food positively sucked. The mixed veg should be called a mushroom dish and the chicken with "special sauce" is basically turmeric cooked with the damn chicken. The whole meal was $30 and it seriously sucked.

We had walked Chinatown trying to find somewhere to eat. With 2 fussy kids in tow and 1 allergic to shellfish we were quite picky. We decided to give this place a go and were not dissapointed. The service was fantastic and the food was great! Was very happy. 5 of us all up and the bill was roughly $100. Round of drinks each and we couldn't eat it all. Highly recommend!

The food used to be great, one of the better restaurants in Chinatown. But the last few times I ate there, it got more and more disappointing, in terms of quality and portion.
Like the 回锅肉, the meat was practically so overcooked that it became jerky and was hard to chew.
And the 地三鲜, used to have equal portions of potatoes, eggplant and green pepper. Now there’s practically only a few thin slices of potatoes (and not to forget the green pepper is overcooked).
At least the 烧烤 is still acceptable.

The food quality is way worse than before. The vegetables are not hot at all when served and the meat has been sliced so tiny even the chopped chillies are bigger than them. Oh yes, and the service, when we notified the waiter that the wrong dish was served, his face is literally BLACK and rude, taking back the dish unwillingly.

Went to this place in Chinatown, Singapore, and had to go back for more. The pork dumplings are amazing, and the preserved duck eggs are so delicious, I miss them!

Most of the Chinese Restuarant in Chinatown has bad service attitude. But Si Chuan Village completely change my view toward it, especially the young employee who wear a black spec. He has adopted the Service Excellence attitude. Keep it up
