Service is absolutely great!
The selection of buffet menu is not extensive (like most other places) but they serve good quality fresh meat. The pork collar and pork belly is good! All their meat are thinly sliced, easy to cook.
Soup base: i chose tomato base and the healthy collagen option. Both are also fantastic.
End of meal, they serve their home-made poached fruit and home-made fruit tea. Those 2 items are worth the wait!

This nifty small hotpot joint has a great buffet hotpot option that's really value for money. The ingredients (seafood especially) are fresh and portions are generous. The service here is impeccable and very attentive. Shout-out to the wait staff who is holding the fort and ensuring that every diners experience is great! 👍

Food was nuddbad! Tom yum soup was decent and tomato soup is on the sweeter side. Meats are decent and the prawn paste and prawn was DELICIOUS! Service was good and the waiters were attentive. The complimentary fruit juice and fruits were simply delicious! Should be on the menu as well!!!

It’s a smaller brand hot pot place. They have buffet package which made a lot of sense in my opinion - better than the other places where we have to order the dishes individually. The soups are delicious - i personally liked the spicy prawn soup base. The sesame noodles were fantastic too.
Staff were friendly and they anticipate our needs without being overbearing.

Excellent service, nice ambiance, tried out the Dory fish dip into the sauce set by the very nice auntie server. Mouth watering until now, half dip shitake mushroom in sauce after mala pot wooo! Good night sleep, mala craving satisfied 😊😊

The quality of food has dropped after the covid period; fried food were decent but seafood and other items for the steamboat were not as fresh as we would like. They serve in portions of two per person for each buffet item ordered. The laksa soup has more chilli flakes than laksa. Over all a disappointing trip after a Long period of absence, for the expensive price of more than 50 per person taking free flow drinks and miscellaneous into consideration. Not worth a visit unless you have a value purchase or discount. I love the drinks though, milk tea.

Hubby and I loved the food service and hospitality at Hai Xian Lao. The server Wei Yang was excellent at helping us decide what to try and made a nice sauce to go with our wagu beef. Wei bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our meal. The steam boat was delicious. The meal finnished with some fruit amd was a perfect end to a perfect day. We will definately be back when we are next in town. ��

Children at age of 4 need to pay for buffet. How much can a years old eat? Was told by staff kids above 4 then will be charged. I declared my kids 2 years and 4 years old (and not above). Immediately say 4 years also need to charge. WTH. Best part. Not stated in your pricing menu on the 'undeclared aged'. Come here based on friend's recommendation and straight away stunted by your price strategy. Not transparent for kids pricing.
Changed review to 4 stars after patronising. Service and food was good. But not worth for kids for 4 yrs to 5 yrs old as they only could eat fries and chicken wing. KFC is a better deal for them. Lol

A very good impression on this restaurant on my 1st visit here, food was very fresh, staff was very friendly and always attend to our needs. One thing which impressed me the most is although my father was few months away from the senior citizen price, the lady boss here honour it. Able to get a surprise treat from them as well as we have 6 persons

Had a great experience at this restaurant during the weekend. There are lots of variety in the buffet menu and staff was extremely friendly and funny! We were definitely loving the prawns the most as it was still moving when it was served to us! Definitely going back to have the collagen soup again!
