Sat by the bar which wasn't the most comfortable place so would recommend to book in advance. Tortilla and paella could be a miss while the rest of the good was not bad. Chorizo platter was definitely worth it but bread was a little stale.

Meat and seafood paella smelled like a leaky toilet, bone marrow didn’t taste like bone marrow (I am not a cook but I’ve made better tasting bone marrow after getting wasted off of half a bottle of casa dragones), negroni tasted like spiked tropical punch cool aid...... I always eat all my food but this is the one time I’d rather just pay the bill to avoid ingesting anything more than I have to.

Theyve got a few deals that make it quite affordable for couples and groups to order. For instance, they’ve got 5 tapas for $58 - including all their higher end ones: mussels, shrimp, calamari, octopus. For dessert, I would highly recommend the churros - excellently flavored!

great tapas selection! humorous staffs having to handle a bunch of sangria-fueled Sunday brunch go-ers isn't going to be easy, but the service candidness and occasional surprise treats kept us all in good (and no doubt boisterous) cheer! well done!

The ala carte dishes are expensive and is served in relatively large portions. If you want to have more space to taste more dishes, you'd want to have at least 3 persons and go for the buffet style instead. They have a weekday lunch set for $18++.

Bait and switch tactics! On Sunday morning I called to ask if they have the $39.90 buffet available today, and one of their staff confirmed that it is available. But when I get there half an hour later they say this only have the $49.90 Sunday brunch available. None of the wait staff admitted that they spoke to me over the phone. Extremely angry and disappointing since I have been a big fan of Sabio for many years.

Terribly bland, pre-prepared, tasteless food with the worst Sangria we have ever tasted.

Have been a few times, but not since a poor experience where the staff and management largely ignored us on a not particularly busy night. When I complain via Facebook I was told they would look into the situation, but never replied with an update. At least poor service is consistent throughout the group.
