Right outside met station on basement Huge bakery and desserts selection. Beautifully crafted. Tried cheesecake, it was great. Couldn't stop till last bite. The craps flambe was normal. Just a live presentation that excites.

Atmosphere is good . Their decoration are nice. Shortcake taste the best. Price kinda of expensive. For shortcake cost $10.20 per piece. Red velvet cake and cfe lattw taste average. They have containers to place your bags. We can self service water at counter.

Soft classic soffle cheesecake, not too tangy. A pricey dessert in a posh setting. You pay for the posh ambience, but TPC not a place to get noticed. Unfortunately, my 1st time trying & it did not give me a 'wow' effect as I have tasted similar taste cheesecake at a more affordable price. Takeaway includes ice pack placed at the inner corner of the box slot for ice pack.

Although the cake was good, the service at Henri Charpentier is terrible. When I arrived to pick up the 2-tier Chantilly Fraise birthday cake at 5.45pm today, no one was at the cake counter and I had to enter the café area before being greeted curtly by your staff. I was told I could not view the cake in the rather empty café area. The staff brought the cake behind the cake counter. Although I had already paid for it, I was told that this was not registered in their records. Even upon producing the receipt and credit card charge slip, the staff were still treating me as an unwelcome customer who had not paid anything.
The wrapping and packing of the cake was another issue. A lady staff member told me they had run out of carriers and was unwilling to pack the cake in the bigger paper bag. She kept repeating that she had a bigger bag but was not able to use it for the 2-tier cake. I suggest that your service staff be sent for further training. If the cake is good but the service is bad, it will not do your business any good.
I am very disappointed to receive such service at a reputable cake shop..i will definitely encourage more action to be taken.

Nice atmosphere. First time having their coffee. Strong but easy to drink. Tried the financier which has a nice almond fragrance, buttery and has a strong milk finish. Thought the Madelines was just so so, with a light citrus finish. Sadly I did not find these to my liking, but my friend did.
