Went there for our anniversary dinner, overall highly recommend this restaurant. Nice environment (the air conditioning was a bit too cold though). Quality service (had nice conversations with the waiters). Great food (especially surprised by the scallop appetizer and the anniversary chocolate cake).

A very lovely place for dinner date. The angel hair pasta is a MUST try. I shared it with a friend thus it looks a little small but it's amazing, very pricey though at $98. Love their lobster bisque and scallops too. All in all would definitely visit again!

The scallops were so fresh and delicious, I ordered them twice!
The food was excellent and the service was brilliant. A special thanks to Jenny and CK for taking great care of us throughout our experience.
A definite best for Italian cuisine in Singapore!

Great service and superb food, as you would expect from Garibaldi. The sommelier gave great wine recommendations as well. They only had a small selection of vegetarian options in our 4-course set but it was delicious. Frankly great value for the quality of the food.

Celebrate our anniversary dinner here. The ambience is perfect for special occasions. The beef cheek and red wine recommended by waiter taste good. Overall food and dining experience os awesome!

Had the scallops as a starter, lobster for the main and chocolate tart for dessert. Generous portions, though for the price am not sure will return?
Staff were flexible to swap my truffle scallops for tomatoes - massive scallops and quite fresh.
Lobster was a decent portion with yummy cheese. Sides were forgettable.
Chocolate tart was sufficiently dark and a good kind of ooze-y.
Coffee was disappointing though - seemed like a very diluted nespresso type blend?
Oh the bread was absolutely fantastic! Quite easily the highlight of the meal.

Helluva good food and service. Wine pairing with 6-course was very good, and wine was perfectly matched with the dish. Winners were scallops and iberico pork. At this rate, have to nitpick since perfection is expected. Didn't like how branzino was not as flaky as expected and had same broth as scallops. Still, have to give it go them for serving exquisite ingredients and making it sublime.

What a wonderful culinary experience. My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We took the brunch menu and it didn't disappoint. Every dish was exquisite, tasty and well dressed and ornate. The Rose wine and Prosecco all of extremely great quality. As for the service , beyond our expectations. Whatever we needed they provided. It costs pretty reasonable for a Michelin italian restaurant and we would for sure return again. Oh by the way, the bar is well stocked 👍😊👍👍👍😊

The food was great, but the service was phenomenonal. The wait staff was extremely attentive and thoughtful. They noticed I was not feeling well and agreed to turn off the ceiling fan. They also offered me a glass of warm water when I finished my tea without me asking for it. And as we were leaving, they said that they hoped I'd get well soon. Wonderful service, lovely intimate space, excellent food, will definitely recommend and definitely return.

Am still here for dinner. And we received a very condescending service from the wait staff with pony tail.
Ordered their veal jus ravioli. Sent it back to kitchen because the ravioli was still tough at bite, and undercooked. Sauce was also too salty. Mr pony tail questioned if I know that's a pasta I'm having, and if I know what ravioli is, and sent it back to the kitchen.
He returned with an obviously diluted sauce. But ravioli tasted just as undercooked. And sauce though looked paler, still as salty.
Mr pony tail brisked past the table and asked if the food was ok, before I could reply he walked away.
So much for "there's nothing more romantic than Italian food". With this kinda wait staff, nothing can be romantic here, at all, period.
But I must say that the tiramisu didn't disappoint.

Had the crab tagliatelle and 24 month shaved pork pasta. Everything was perfectly spot on from the cook of the pasta to the char on the pizza. Also compliments to the 2 staff on duty (30/10) for the wonderful dinner service.

Had a gathering there with a few fellow Aggies. They really treated us like family there. Amazing place to have a few drinks food and chill. Highly recommend it

Crab meat pasta still as good as I had remembered, flawless mocha and tiramisu..come on. Of course their tiramisu satisfies the craving that you may not even know you had. Would dine again anytime!

This is a Long overdue review of da paolo restaurant. In a nutshell, I think they serve the best pasta in the world. And I've had my my fair share of pasta in the world.
My Wife and I have been visiting da paolo for 8 years and the quality of the pasta still reigns supreme. It combines strong flavours, fresh ingredients and generous portions.
Their service staff are also friendly and accommodating and they never fail to make their customers feel welcome. That applies to both regulars and new customers.
To wrap up. I admit that taste is a personal thing. But I also believe that there are some things that deserve to be universally popular because of that special magic e.g. Apple, macdonalds and Ferrari cars. Da Paolo has it too.

Lovely appetizer, astounding beef steak and sizzling sparkling wine. Simply satisfying one's stomach without feeling full. Most important of all, one of the great romantic dining places to be at.
