Review The Muffinry - Singapore

First time visit. Got the Greek salad. It was ok but could have had more Feta. The salad comes for 11 SGD which is quite steep for the size. Waiting time was a 20 min which felt way too long given that we were the only customers at this time

They serve nice coffee and the shop has unique rusty feel. Prices are quite standard considering it is CBD area. For discussions, this may not be the most ideal, there is echo in the shop, so it can get quite loud. Otherwise, a nice place to spend coffee time.

First time visiting here for an after work drink. Can't believe the staff recommended me, a local Chinese, to the traditional British Pork Pie. I have never searched on this food before and was superbly disappointed with this dish. I can't believe it's a signature dish. I couldn't give a good review because cold hard pork served with dry tasteless pastry crust was not what I'm used to. Only a place for drinks and chats. If you want a meal, skip this joint as seating is not conducive.

First went here at recommendation from a friend. Felt almost like stepping into a pub with the English members of the team and the drinks available. Would recommend the cold cuts platter to anyone, plus if you fancy a little indulgence they’ve got a little bakery options for you as well!

The place has got nice atmosphere. And I appreciate that the entire place was blocked out for a group of about 20 friends. I realised why the entire place could be blocked out for us when the food was served. Took almost 40 mins for our dishes to be served even though it was pre-ordered that morning. The serving portions are TINY. If you observe their plates, that's what you get. I had a portion of the beef ragu pasta. The beef were chunky and overcooked. While the pasta (fusili) was undercooked and way too chewy. The tomato sauce was quite bland as well. Tasted like it came out of a can with not spices added to it. I do hope that the bread, pastry and drinks are good though for their sake...

Came here for a weekday lunch and we ordered a char siew sandwich and smashed avo toast. While the taste is good, I’m appalled at the size and portions given. $12 for two tiny slices of bread and smashed avo barely as thick as the bread is rather disappointing. For $10, the char siew sandwich was also very small. We were still hungry after the meal. Service was friendly and nice though!

Would give negative stars if I could, but alas. Ordered their Spanish paella. It was the worst. Chicken was as dry as cardboard. Rice was tasteless. There was nothing Spanish about their paella. The price for that was 14. A total waste of money. Will tell everyone not to eat there and of course will never go again.
