The queue was pretty long for walk in but really worth the money you pay for. My first time eating here after hearing many good reviews on it and I must say I’m truly impressed. The seafood is fresh and the tofu cheesecake was good too. I’m excited to come back again, definitely recommend.

Love the fresh ingredients used for the Chirashi Don! Been a while since I had such good, thick and fresh slices of sashimi. No corkage fees on weekend so you can enjoy the food with your own favourite drinks.

Under the sea
Puff the Magic dragon
And the Japanese pork katsu curry rice.
All of us liked the Rockstar roll and under the sea roll.
The Japanese pork katsu curry rice was so-so. Curry rice a little bland and watery.
Would definitely come back for the sushi rolls again. 😋

An established and popular Japanese joint focusing on sushi and sashimi dishes. Clearly the draw here is also the value for money set lunches that are available daily. Really good variety of fish on offer and freshness is really on par with its price. Certainly worth a try.

garlic fried rice and chirashi don were good. mentai scallop was average. unable to recognise buta kakuni when it was served, look very different from the menu photo, it was nice but tasted more like Chinese style braised meat?

Love the daily promotions especially the $3 Salmon Madness for 5 pieces on Monday and Thursdays! It’s so worth it! There are also other 50% off donbori and specialty salmon rolls on other days!
Will recommend the salmon and a rice set (Gohan Set) at $5 and a hot tea at $1.20. I’ll definitely be back here for more high quality sashimi!!
Do take note of the operating hours 12pm-2pm and 5.30pm-9pm. You might need to come early to queue!! But it will be worth it!

This is not my first time but it will be my last time. The food quality and standard has dropped tremendously. We ordered a dozen of oysters and they are not fresh. Some are so small, it's not even restaurant standard. One of it smell like the shit hole. We'd feedback to the server and they did nothing. Didnt even offer to bring us a replacement and still charge us $72++ for a dozen. Before i ordered my torched chirashi don, i asked the server if the sashimi used is exactly the same as the chirashi don. The server said YES! But when the food arrives, it's not even close to the chirashi don...definitely not worth $30++ at all. Very very disappointing!!!!

Went on a Monday and they have the salmon promo for $3 per 5pcs and the salmon was fresh n portion was generously thick!!! We did order other dishes and all were good and delicious. Read the past years bad reviews and it seems like they hv changed the chef? �
This was my first time and it seems good and will surely go again, if time permits.

I actually had a really good time while I was there :) my friend and I loved the food for its price. Expect a long queue before dinner. On Facebook it says they do reservations. But when I called there was no answer. But I'll still go back there nonetheless.

The waitress can't wait for us to place order, and finished the food. The service crew a bit unfriendly, as if we owe her a living. The food is alright. The glass wall and door need to clean, can see very dirty...

Went today for the thursday promo. Price is definitely worth the taste, however the service given was lacklustre to say the least. I arrived at 18:01pm for dinner. There was a group of people waiting outside the door and I asked if they were queueing, they said yes. I couldn't see inside as the doors were closed and windows slightly tinted, so I assumed we were waiting to be served. Maybe 5 minutes into waiting did the group say they were actually waiting for someone and we could actually go in first. At this point, there were 3 other groups already queueing behind me. This means that the service crew knew that people were queueing but yet did not serve any one. What appalled me more was when I went in, all the service crew members were just standing around the sushi bar, waiting for something to happen. One of them actually asked me "are you in the queue?" which further proves my point that they knew people were queueing yet didn't do anything. This same woman with an extremely rude attitude (seemed like a Malaysian) further irritated me not only by serving with a black face, when we requested for soy sauce because there was none on our table, she rudely without saying a word reached in between the two people sat next to us and took their soy sauce, placed it on our table and walked away. Another waitress, while clearing my table, accidentally knocked my rice bowl which almost fell into my lap, but instead of apologising or saying ANYTHING at all, she just walked away. Having worked in the service industry, good service to me is very important, and seeing how we're paying 10% of our bill for service, I certainly don't expect to leave with a bad taste.

Lousy to the core. Call to ask if 10pax seat available and told it have, when reach tell us separated. Worst of all, waitress say, "If not you squeeze the 8 pax table LOH!". 0 star customer service. Attitude problem.

Restaurant will only allow for all people to be present before entering, 4 of us including myself waited for almost 1 hour. There was an empty 5 seater which was left empty and we were at the front of the queue but didn't get the seat. Then came 2 non-locals, 1 of them took the 5 seater and her friends have not yet arrived. After which her friend came after 5 minutes. If the restaurant insist on having such a policy, then should there even be a reservation in the first place? As a customer, I feel that it's very poor decision making on the restaurant's part.

Pretty expensive but very nice (and in the case of the sushi, quite creative) food. Just stick to sushi - don't try the sets!
