First time trying this franchise from Westgate, having tried it in ION Orchard previously.
Ambience was great, the interior was surprisingly clean and elegant, definitely inviting!
Food was okay, the 红油抄手 was the highlight of the meal - fair balance between the sour and spicy notes 👍🏻
The ramen portions were rather huge too, definitely recommend for small eaters to share a bowl!
Will definitely return in future if we are craving for some good Chinese food, nothing crazy to shout about but with the return vouchers from Citibank and it’s membership rewards, it is certainly well worth it 👍🏻

Xiao Long Pau was served hot with 3 saucers of vinegar and ginger!
Pan fried pau was perfectly done presentation was top notch
Chilli dumplings really hit the right balance between savoury n chilli flavors.
Fried rice was really good. A favourite of our family.

The outlet at westgate mall is however a little slow in their service. Full points for food but not service. Could’ve done better work with interiors.

Food isn't bad but we asked for vinegar twice from different servers but both didn't show up with it.Had to get it from the duty manager.
Fried rice took about 20 minutes to come.

Came for simple dinner on Thursday night. Not full but serving time was long. Seemed headcount constraint in many industries. Ordered xiao long bao original (6 pcs), pork chop fried rice, stir fried xiao bai Cai, hot and sour soup and sweet and sour pork. Spend $30 and above and just pay $8.80 for sweet and sour pork or original xiao long bao (10pcs) with Citibank or Maybank debit/credit card. The best dish was sweet and sour pork. Xiao bai cai was a bit oily and too bland, didn’t put garlic to stir fried. Fried rice and xiao long bao were ok. Seafood hot and sour soup - hardly can find seafood in the soup. Just 3-4 pieces of chopped prawns. The soup price was not cheap and the soup was served almost we finished our dishes. Apart from long waiting time but their Service overall was good. Total bill is $66.34

Worth the price for the good portion of food.

my go-to for some yummy chinese cuisine. 辣子鸡 can never go wrong here! love the radish pastry and suan la tang as well 💯 service is beyond expectations with constant water refill and checking in. overall pleasant experience and will keep visiting!

Fine-dining standard signature XLB with proper eating sequence elucidated, and printed on a card. Every bite is a burst of surprise! It has exceeded my expectation. Even the purportedly famous Redstar XLB pales in comparison!
