Spacious restaurant, good food, great drinks, even non-Friends fans would find this place a great gathering spot. For fans, the sitcom is on repeat on a big screen for laughs while you savour the yummy dishes, mostly named after the characters or memorable lines (the "Unagi" dish!). On top of that, a mock up of part of Monica's kitchen, and lots of Friends memorabilia for die-hard fans to point to and gawk at for plenty of "oh! This is from that episode where..." moments 😍 will be back again!!

The ambiance is nice and the staff are friendly. Food is good and good serving size for the price. ☺️ The coffee and tea servings are big, same sizes as the mugs used in the series which is a nice touch. ♥️

Great place for the fans of Friends. The place has many of the series' artifacts and even decors. Friends' addicts can seat in the orange couch to watch an episode. Food is however super pricey and not worth a meal. Maybe good place for a drink.

Terrible experience. Mussel in pasta was closed which means not cooked. We rejected and feedback to the team. The chef insisted that it was cooked and forced open it, subsequently served back to us. Is this the way to solve the problem? How much is a mussel? We feedback to the server that we do not agree They came back with lots of reasons. We told them we are not eating a mussel which is closed. 3rd time and a long wait, which is after our meal. They replaced with 3 mussels. Is it so difficult to replace a mussel that is uncooked ? Our pasta dish has been fully consumed by the time the corrective action was taken. For the price we are paying, this is totally disappointing.
The standard and quality of food has dropped significantly. Portion is small too. Expensive. Totally not worth the money. Bar food standard. It will be last visit.

**MUST VISIT for all the friends fans out there **
Visited on a Sunday morning for brunch. The way they recreated central perk and some corners of the iconic TV show is fantastic. The menu is also fun with references to the characters and the show. We tried a Phoebe and a Joey latte - both huge and nice (8$ each) and a big Joey breakfast ($23). I had low expectations for the food but it was actually good: tasty and well cooked (just the mushrooms were a tad chewy). Service was fine - though the staff looked quite sad/bored.
Overall, it is good food in a unique atmosphere. Although a bit overpriced, I can’t wait to be back!

Not gonna lie, food is very pricey.
The calamari I had was about $15.
Coffee was about $8 but for the size of the cup, I would say it is worth it.
The ambiance is really nice, and cozy. Would like it if food was a tad less cheaper.
Service was good.
Shout out to my server caitlin for her excellent service and for attending to all my queries.

It's worth a try for fans of FRIENDS. Decent food but i love the ambience more. The decorations and memorabilia make you feel like you're on the F.R.I.E.N.D.S tv show set especially when you sat on the replica couch with your friends.
Service staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I had an amazing afternoon with my friend in this cafe. Highly recommended.

Lived up the the hype. Best Wiener Schnitzel + Beer + Viennese nourishing Soup. Beautiful Baroque Ceilings. Staff was very friendly. Will come again.

It's really an awesome place to hang out at.. As a Friend's fan, the set up and all made me go just wow the food was yummy - we had Monica's too garlicky aglio olio and Joey's seafood stew. Rachel's latte and matcha ice blended was nice too..
For feedback purposes, personally, I find the price too steep..even with yummy food, comfortable settings complete with the screenings of Friends.....
Perhaps with more waitresses/waiter to tend to our needs, it would make it more justifiable to pay for that amount... When we reached the place, there were no one to welcome us in and I walked all the way in to the bar area to get some attention....

It was absolutely marvellous, one the best F.R.I.E.N.D.S theme restaurant ive ever seen ever with themes food and on going friends episodes playing and every corner of the friends set are exactly the same. Even the food is very nice and great and i sugeest to take the phoebe's steak.

Had fun looking around since it reminds me so much of the sitcom. Service was fast and the food was great. It’s a bit pricey though. But overall, totally love the place well, since I’m a fan 😍😊

Any Friends fan in Singapore MUST go. The food was a bit poor but the concept is amazing. I had a full on nerd attack! Also a shop to buy souvenirs. Expensive but I just didn't care!

Simply the best place for hanging out! Food is nice (very creative menu). Service is good. People were friendly. And it's Central Perk for real! Dream come true for me..I love it!

Great venue, lots of room for walking around and photos, maybe good for coffe or milkshakes but the food wasn’t value for money....

Only things worth rewarding with praise are the drinks me and my girlfriend ordered. I appreciate the effort they made to replicate the 'friends' coffee house, however it was bordering cringe especially with the clap the staff do when the theme song plays - they look forced and tired of doing it.
Staff were the biggest problem, I understand that waitering can be stressful as I have been a waiter myself, but these staff were unnecessarily slow, couldn't get anyone's attention, our waitress seemed to be more interested in talking to her friends at a table then attending to us, and the same can be said for the rest. Had to shout to get any service. And then when I ordered just a coffee and a beer it took at more 10 minutes for it to arrive. Not impressed. Maybe some general training should be required for the staff...

Good place to hangout for cup of coffee and watch Friends on big screen. The quality of the other drinks should be improved.

It's a nice place to chill and hang out. The food is great but the crew is a lot better. They are very friendly and accomadating. I really enjoy this cafe and with definitely come back soon.

Staff were ok but stuffed up our order delivering the wrong food and completely forgetting one meal. Great set up but too pricey for average food. No wonder the place was empty.

This place is that kind of place where i can sit and watch the complete seasons of Friends.

The concept is great as Friends is my all time favorite! The decor is really accurate & I love the show playing on the big screen. We got there right when they opened so no wait. I must agree with previous reviews about slow service & staff that seem annoyed at tourists. Took about 45 minutes to get 3 drinks even though there were very few customers. They have a great thing going, need to step up their game!

Average food that is overpriced. One time visit to relive the friends moment. If the restaurant improves the food quality significantly, works on the fit and finish of the interiors of the restaurant, and lowers the price, I would visit them again. Else, a one time visit for me. Great spot for photography though!
