The store is kinda small compared to their vivo branch but the interior is still ok. I like the "punny" qoutes on the wall. The staff were accommodating. One of our go to dish when we go here is their marbled beef fried rice. Those vietnamese chicken pancakes are also ok as appetizers. We had some takeaway as well. We ordered chicken curry and some sort of fried rice too. For the curry I asked for bread instead of rice. To be honest I don't like that bread. I hope they could improve that.

I'm kind enough to view the STICKY AND STAINED MENU, I even told the Chinese gal (fat) to wipe it before next customer, but she just ignore and put back the menu to the same place. The lime cooler inside the lime not fresh compare the on for noodles. Please KEEP ON HYGIENE AND FRESHNESS OF FOOD. It's really made me doubt on what I ate.

Had an amazing experience relishing the taste and flavour of meat soup with meat balls and Goi Cuon Thap Cam . The broth was so rich and tasty and the meat portion was so good. Vietnamese kitchen...So Pho is so good 💕

I have always love the dishes from So Pho, they serve tasty vietnamese dishes and their staff are always friendly especially the managers. Highly recommend the banh mi althought 1 is never enough and their spring roll if only bigger would be another staple for me. Their rice dishes sides can be slightly salty but overall its fine. Price wise is fair but could be lesser as the serving is quite small so 4 stars overall. Xin mời!

★★★★☆ Food is good but the service was too slow. ------------------------------------- ★★★☆☆ After a long time visit. Their service was really slow as the same as the last visit. Even when entering the entrance, no one came up for welcome us for a long time, even though the seats were not so full yet. I'm not sure they don't have enough enough staff or not, but not worth paying service fee, I felt personally. About the food it seems one potion got so smaller. Especially beef pho. This restaurant is not for us even when craving for Vietnamese food. There are better Vietnamese restaurants you can enjoy with more reasonable price, not far from here.

Ordered food online today to break fast ard 2.30pm to be SENT at 5.00pm-6.00pm. Around 6.00pm the food still hadn't shown up. Checked online status and the status was that hadn't even prepared my food yet. Called and they apparently they 'forgot my order'. They then promised to deliver by 7pm. Waited until around 7pm, still no food. We were informed that the delivery guy's bike broke down. We weren't informed beforehand or else we would have found other food. Talked to what I assumed was the manager. Again, promised that food will arrive in 30-40mins. As of writing this review, it is 7.52pm and food still hasn't arrived. To review your service, it is dogshit poor. Wouldn't recommend to even the worst of people. To review your food, I don't know it still hasn't arrived.

I stumbled over your delivery services here via Facebook ad. Ordered and it was a good experience. Food arrived in time, the packing was thoughtfully done including cling wrapping the soup pack. The food look neat and in place unlike most delivery of food, food arrives messy. The food portion is good and very tasty. Reading the rest of the review heres by other customers, i am surprised how terrible some experienced. Hope u can ensure and upkeep my experience of service and quality of food for all customers.

Portion too small.. seafood served cold. Not worth the price paid. The Malay service staff looks so unhappy.. When my wife ask to take order she jus point to the order slip.. she take order without asking which drink we would like lemongrass or soft drink (served with lemon grass)..

Found hair in the drink. Highlighted to the staff... Not even a word of apology. The staff is hopeless ! The service charge is not worth paying for when there is no service to begin with. Ask for the bill, they made me go to the counter ,stand at the counter while they just busy with their own stuff. Quality of food ok but quality of service hopeless! Quality of staff hopeless!

Just had my lunch at so pho jem... Really disappointed with the waitress. Not much customer but they seem like very busy in the room at the back 7(go in n out) . Its hard to get their service. 1st time i came i get served with a cup water when get seated, this time also the same, what its different is this time the water is have to pay so i asked the waitress is it correct......n the reply i get was..."hah?.. Uhm".

I seldom give reviews for restaurants but I think I have to for So Pho. Doesnt allow stroller to be brought in. Me and hubby were with a 3 year old and a 4 months old. Place was very cramped. The next table was barely 5inches away from us. Service was very bad. Staffs moved around often, but somehow ignored us, a staff even told us to wait but didn't return to our table at all. The wait for the food was chaos. Both our kids got agitated even before the food arrived. Food was tasteless. Drinks came later than the food. Hubby and me ended up gobbling up the food as baby was already too sleepy by the time food arrived, no stroller or even space to move. Will never return again.

So Pho novena. Understand that due to cultural differences, pho in Sin are usually served with much lesser herbs compared to Vietnam. However, none of them is as pathetic as here. I was served 6 slices of chilli, 5 leaves of herb (only 1 type), 1/4 slice of lime and 43 beansprouts. � I would've given a 1 star (I hate it!!) If not for the good service of the staff. Suggestion: management might want to explore the possibility of a self-service herb station to avoid wastage and allow "true pho lovers" to enjoy pho the way they like it.

The service is super slow here in Jem compared to Paragon outlet. Seeing the waiter and waitress running back & forth looked like they are so busy but literally there's not much customer that dine in. Waited for my food almost 1 hour?! Have a basic courtesy to at least inform us customers if there's delay.

So Pho - Parkway. Always a treat having lunch here on my day off. Food is tasty and fresh, Love the Summer Rolls and Chicken Noddle Pho. Staff are attentive and friendly with great customer service, which is not often found in hospitality in Singapore.

Very bad service...we ordered for lunch and it took almost 2hours for their external delivery guy to reach us. So pho can do better than this. Terminate the delivery company and engage in house despatch for better service.

This place is a disgrace - avoid like the plague. Waiting 2 hours for a simple order (which is still not here yet) and the restaurant is 5 minutes away.
