Brought the family out to Royz et Vous to try my favourite item on their menu: BEEF RIBS.
It's not cheap, but it really really is very good. Huge slab of beef so tender and soft, it slides off the bone by itself. You don't even need a knife to eat this, grab a plastic fork and you'll be able to poke thru the tender meat with ease. BBQ sauce is so darn good, I need an extra portion at the side to eat my beef (and everything else) with all the time.
Other food items were great as well, from the fish & chips to the salmon and on to dessert. Always a great time dining here! :)

Unique experience. Order after making the reservation. Food started to be served dish by dish shortly upon arrival but over quite a long time from the 1st to the last. Portions were quite generous but taste was just ok.

Located at Telok Ayer, this would be my 2nd visit after about 3 years and won't be my last. In fact, I will be visiting them again within a month time.
Same quality of food, same friendly services and yes, most importantly, they accepted walk-in when I didn't make any bookings. 90 mins dining time.
The truffle fries was one of the best I had. The meats were cooked according to the doneness as requested. Don't you worry about that. It was really juicy! Portions were perfect and the sauces were awesome.
I'm always ready to dine here, and so should you.

Friendly staff with good food. Ordered the fried mushrooms and nachos to share. They were both well seasoned and tasty.
I had the smoked duck rendang pasta which was good. The smoked duck was flavourful and well-cooked and complimented the sauce well. However, the lemongrass in the pasta is quite strong so for those sensitive to the taste of lemongrass, it may be overwhelming towards the end.
The molten lava cake was nice and not too rich.
Overall, nice halal restaurant within the CBD. It is usually crowded during lunch time so best to make a reservation before heading down. Additionally, you can also email in to order ahead if your group is bigger.

Overall, food quality was quite good. Love the nachos with beef and ribeye steak. Striploin steak was bit overcooked though we asked for medium rare. Friendly staff.

Tried the roasted chicken leg and soft shell crab today, and both dishes were amazing!
🍗 roasted chicken leg was flavourful and tender, combined with the perfectly cooked sauce, it was a dish to savour
🦀 soft shell crab was a decent sized one, and was very well cooked. Pasta was good with the tomato cream too!
🐟 Barramundi was generously sized and well seasoned
☕️ hot chocolate was a comforting cup of drink to go with the meal
Will definitely come back and try their starters and desserts in future!

This was my 1st visit to this restaurant whereas my friend was his 6th.
We ordered Nachos with Beef for starters, Beef Short Ribs for mains and Molten Lava Cake with Vanilla Bean ice cream for dessert 😋
Gotta say the Nachos & Ribs tasted very good.
The Ribs was soo soft and tender, the best I've had so far.
But the Molten Lava Cake was too rich in chocolate. I couldn't finish coz it was too heavy.
Will definitely return again, best to come with at least 2 paxs where you can share the food.

Went there with my company for lunch. Here's what we enjoyed:
Starters: The Nachos - this is not your every day nacho. It's a massive plate full of cheese, guacamole and beef (this is additional). The best part is that the flavours complement each other, and it was a surprisingly well-balanced, indulgent starter.
Sweet potato fries - this changed my perception of sweet potato fries. They also have some kind of special dip that goes along with it. So good we packed whatever we couldn't finish.
Mains - we were a big group, so everyone had their mains, but I personally enjoyed my Wagyu Beef Burger. I took mine medium, and it was firm enough to cut through (it's huge, so you can't really stuff it into your mouth like a normal fast food burger), and juicy enough that it was really satisfying. I also tried their Brazen beef steak, which was also very well done.
For the price, I'd say it's comfortably one place I would readily recommend, especially when you need a great Halal certified place.

I have to say they served the best beef ribs in town. Yes they are on the top of my list now. This meal is to be to shared, I've seen bigger but taste wise most of us #makchicsassy agreed better here. The most awesome fried mushrooms ever i swear, has hints of truffle infused mushrooms not just on the mayo. There you go 2 of my most favourite dish, at least till I return for more.
Nevertheless I enjoyed every meal and with great companions nothing can go wrong. Lovely ambience, great service, they're on their toes literally. Very observant and best of all we don't need to wait gazillion years for our food to come. We went there for our nurses destress time. We dont have much to pick from the menu. I had the grilled chicken which is delicious. The smoked duck is good and huge portion. We have the beef burger which suppose to be well done but still raw. The buffalo chicken is also not cooked thoroughly. The molten lava cake was perfect. Overall, staff is friendly and smiley...foodwise there is wows and no-no. Ambience is cosy. So if you want a cosy get together this might be the place if you ok on burning a hole in your wallet once a while. �

It is hard to find a good halal restaurant in CBD area. Royz et Vous is a gem which we have discovered. Excellent service and professional staff. Great place to hold a company event. Pre order arrangement helps to make sure that our lunch was delivered smoothly and fast and it was carried out without flaws!

Of course, the food is good too, crowd favourites are buttermilk chicken wings, fried mushroom and smoked duck. The restaurant is accommodating and had no problem removing the roasted chicken in my salad and turned it into a yummy quinoa salad with no meat.
Great dining experience for our group which has Muslim, non-Muslim and even one with veg-based diet!

We ordered the softshell crab sambal pasta and the rib eye steak. Really awful flavour combination as it was basically deep fried bland soft shell crab on top of a bed of pasta with sourish sambal tumis (I kid you not) it lacked the kick or the oomph factor that defines fusion food. The sambal tumis to pasta ratio was also off and the sambal overwhelmed the whole dish. The rib eye steak was well cooked but lacked seasoning. Didn't quite like the overly creamy sauce that smothered the whole piece of meat. The sides of potatoes was undercooked and could do with a good dash of salt and pepper. Definitely overpriced and overly pretentious food. Staff was attentive but could well benefit from a course in customer service.

Decided to give this cafe a try for dinner after being recommended. Since duck is a rare dish in Halal eatery, I went on to order the Smoked Duck and I was surprised it was done perfectly. My wife had the Brazen Beef in medium doneness and it was good as well. The beef was sliced, juicy and tender. We also ordered the Buffalo Wing as our side and it was really tasty and full of flavor. Will definitely return to try other meal on the menu.

Was at the Chai Chee restaurant for dinner. Service was excellent from start to finish. Great ambience and food was great with portions that’s well worth the price. Our party of 12 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Members of staff including the Boss Lady catered to every single one of our needs with nothing but smiles on their faces. We’d definitely come back!

Went to the Chai Chee outlet. Eventhough it was packed for iftar, staff was really attentive and always checking if food/drinks were out. Had the herb salmon, Havana chicken and lamb shank. Really good.

I came to Roys et Vous on a Saturday for a birthday dinner and had a really poor dining experience.
I arrived with a cake and requested if I could use their fridge to keep the cake chilled. I was declined when they found out that my cake was bought at a bakery that was not halal-certified. Later on, after dinner was over, I asked if we could have some utensils to cut the cake, which they gave a flat "no" to because they don't want to, and I quote, "cross-contaminate" their utensils because my cake was not halal-certified. Because we had no utensils, we could not cut the cake there and had to leave. Needless to say, the birthday dinner was ruined and what made the experience worse was that there were other tables celebrating birthdays too and were having a better time than we did.
I understand if the restaurant has policies governing their food practices and hygiene. What I am disappointed with, however, is how poorly the situation was handled. They could have alerted me about their policies when I entered the door, in case I was going to have the cake there. Or better yet, they could have provided paper plates and utensils for situations like this, which they should anticipate in view of their restaurant policies. They could also have shown some empathy. I came to celebrate a special occasion.And when we had no choice but to leave with the cake, the restaurant was not apologetic at all.
For the price I paid at dinner, the quality of the dishes are, at best, average. Dishes got cold very quickly and food was not tasty. The buffalo wings were too sour and the carbonara tasted quite bland. Only the brazen beef was decent.
I will look to other restaurants for better service and food quality.

Royz et Vous is definitely a place i would recommend for those who loves fine dining and where you can hang around with family, frens and colleagues and at the same time enjoy the superb and delicious food. Its all in the package people.
I have been to both their outlets at Telok Ayer Street and Viva Business Park at Chai Chee and both places have good ambience, cosy and really friendly staffs who attended to your every needs.
Now lets talk about the food.. Brazen Beef, Crayfish and Prawn Pasta, Beef Ribs to name a few, simply divine, superbly delicious and cook to perfection.. love it, love it, love it.. The desserts, Creme Brulee and Molten Lava soo yummilicious..
In all, great place to patronise again n again and where its worth to spend my money in.. and the most important of it all, this place is HALAL certified.. so no worries to all Muslims out there..

My division of 19 pax went there to have our team lunch. Love it that they have the capacity to accomodate our large group. Our food were pre-ordered. Upon our request to start serving, the starters came pretty fast. The rest of the orders arrive timely. The entire staff on floor and in kitchen did a great job. They were accomodating and attentive. The food portions are alot. It is worthy of the price. I had nothing but gd reviews from the entire team. We enjoyed ourselves and we could see why the place is fully booked. Will definitely return here. Thank u to the team. We were not easy as we had many requests back and forth and we expected timely and prompt delivery as we have a short window for lunch. The entire team delivered it. Kudos to the team on the floor earlier today.

I’ve always loved going to Royz et Vous. This time, I brought my boyfriend over to the Telok Ayer outlet to celebrate his birthday. The staff were friendly and hospitable! Shoutout to the waiter who provided excellent service and even gave a complimentary hot chocolate (love the bear design!!) because he accidentally spilled my drink (it’s really alright!!) His positive vibes make the entire experience at the restaurant enjoyable and I do hope to see more service staff like him �� And I hope he sees this too!!

Ambience: loves that the volume of the music was barely audible. Loved the coffee blends, specially the mint. Chicken was a bit dry. Service : very attentive. 2nd time back... Will surely go again

Foods are great there! Esp the Braizen Beef & Beef short ribs..Braizen beef i had was so juicy,tender & succulent..I'm not a steak lover but those i tell u; really gets my 2 thumbs up!!
Beef short ribs was so tender that the meat just fell apart..Its not chewy..spices used,really infused into the meat..Superb taste! Each portion was served just nice,not too little or too much..
Ambience however was too noisy;people talking loudly with songs played at the background..at times i cant even hear myself talked..I guess they should do away with the background songs; dont think anyone listens to it anyway..probably why customers talked loudly in there coz they cant hear what they were talking..Nonetheless..overall ratings of foods 9/10 and ratings for ambience 4/10.
