Didn’t have much expectation on food quality since it’s just a cute theme cafe to me. I must say the steak tasted great for the price of $28.50 and the all-day breakfast came in huge portion. A nice and quiet place to catch up with friends since it’s weekday maybe. Service is prompt and staff are friendly and approachable too. Can have more choices of food for repeat customers though. Hope to see some more new dishes the next time I go back.

The cafe was tastefully decorated according to Gudetama theme. I loved the restaurant decor and how they was integrated into the design of the food. Perfect for kids and adults alike. Very good for Instagram photos too. Since the place is not that big, we have to wait for quite a long time to have the service. Quite crowded and pricey

Overpriced place. As a user the experience is half the place and half the food, but I can tell you the food doesn’t keep up for the price you pay. A pizza 🍕 $25 and the other plate, which is a breakfast was almost $28 with drinks around $8 each. You are just paying for the location. (Suntec Mall) and for the fancy name. Other than that you get the same lower than half price.

The dish taste not bad but the presentation is pretty bad for the Hot chocolate and Pizza. My son commented it was the ugliest Gudetama. But the pizza taste quite good and the ribs are pretty good. The steak is okay. We went there on a Friday evening but the restaurant was empty. And I think it’s pretty short handed as we have to walk over to call the manager (only she was on the floor) after failing to catch attention.

You can't go very wrong because most of the items are fried. But they are quite Creative with the layout of the dishes, better than some cat ones I've been (if you know which one I meant).
The food is pricey for the quality but then you are paying for the cute environment and real fans won't be disappointed. We are even fascinated with the free eggs given.

We visited for brunch and the service was pretty fast. Foodwise, it was okay. The pizza was tasty if a little salty, while the Big Nua breakfast was a generous portion, and had t(e baked beans served in a egg shell.
As some have mentioned, prices are on the higher side, but you are there mostly to enjoy the decor.

We were give an egg booth and absolutely loved the decoration. Food was better than expected, probably I didn't have a high bar to start with since it is a theme restaurant. Food quality is reasonable but a little pricey.

Adding on a second visit in Nov 2017: tried the chicken waffle dish and really liked it!
Four of us ladies actually shared two sets from the spring menu that come with one huge appetizer and two desserts. We also added two mini cakes as we are celebrating someone's birthday. The portions were actually enough for us. Therefore would recommend sharing and ordering the sets for cost effectiveness.
They serve Japanese food with some western influences like breakfast sets and truffle fries. The presentation of the food is really thoughtful and nicely executed, making it very instagram worthy. The quality can be hit or miss though the dishes are quite tasty. Would recommend pasta but not the dons as the teriyaki chicken tastes stiff and hard.
Queues will be long during peak periods, would recommend to go during late afternoon to avoid the queues. Service is good and prompt, they will serve water without extra charge.
