Had my last brunch session for 2021 here and it was nothing short of fabulous! Great food and amazing ambience, place was nice and cozy. Had to walk through a furniture store to get to the restaurant area.
Only area for improvement was that service could be slightly faster, but recommended nonetheless!

Fabulous weekday lunch. Generous portions of food. Chef’s Specials, Skate Wing was fleshy and filling. Likewise for the Salmon Risotto. Thumbs up to Chef and partner.

Genuinely impressed by their excellent service. My girlfriend and I swung by to grab a quick coffee and wrap up some weekend work after attending an event nearby.
We were greeted with warm smiles and offered water while we looked at the menu (they even asked for our temperature preference). Though we didn't spend a lot (just two small coffees), we always felt welcome. All the floor staff were eager to attend to our needs and ensure we had the best experience.
Very refreshing service and one of the best I've received in Singapore. The bosses should be proud of the amazing team you have.:-) Will be visiting again for sure when I come by the area!

Met a interior designer friend here. I was surprised to find a restaurant/ cafe within a shop within a quiet underrated mall. Their service is decent. A quiet place, great to come here to work/read.
Unfortunately i didn't get to try the food here. My friend said that the food is good too.
Will definitely come back to try the food.

Food is delicious. With a good range of sweet and savoury choices. Had the eggs benedict with spinach and the portion was just nice for brunch. Would recommend!

Been to the bistrot twice and really enjoyed my meals - the ambience is fairly casual.
The waffle with lotus ice cream was fantastic 😍 - coffee is also very good. I also tried the beetroot risotto which was very nice. Service could be improved (not the quickest), but it was fine on both occasion. The price is fair for the quality/quantity of food.

They have great bread and atmosphere in store thus the services was okay as the staff don’t quite understand their menu and serving portion. The portion is possible for two but the servers said no instead. Was upset about it as we end up with a larger portion of food. -.-

We love this place. Everything is quality and the cafe is amazing. Many gluten-free items and amazing service. We visited once, came back after a few weeks to buy some dinner plates and have lunch. The server not only remembered us, she remembered everything we ordered on our previous visit. House of AnLi is on our list of places to visit every time we are in Singapore.

The duck I was served (main dish) had been cut into slices hours if not days (!) in advance, and it was dry and overcooked - by far one of the worse duck dishes I have had.
I complained to the waiter. The chef / cook did not show up to discuss -either out of fear or out of interest for his customers.
I had to chase the waiter twice to get some answers - he finally admitted that the meat had been pre-prepared. No excuse was given.
This is just non acceptable.

Ate the Nordic platter, very average and not worth the money.
The service isn't great either.

Nice ambience. Limited menu too many egg dishes and open faced sandwiches. No cakes and hot desserts. Menu definitely need improvement.

Nice decor, loads of sunshine, and a couple of nice dishes like the braised beef cheeks, as one would expect when paying these sort of prices. Service, however, was appalling (stuck up), coffee not as fantastic as bloggers have written about, and my feedback on the undissolved gelatin leaves in the chocolate mousse was acknowledged with a frown and no apology. When a customer is sincere in politely helping a cafe improve its food offering, whilst not demanding for anything in return after spending close to $500 for lunch, the only decent thing to expect is pleasant customer service. Will not be returning.

0nly tried the coffee but there is an extra charge for decaf. Why? Hideously noisy with loud music plus loud chatter which rather spoiled the ambience and the coffee. On a plus side the staff were pleasant and helpful. Not a good choice for a quiet morning tea or coffee.
