Nice restaurant with nice ambience. We went there to have our breakfast booked under Equarius Hotel. The staff were very friendly and nice. They even asked whether we want to add on any other food upon seeing us finishing our meals. We were surprised because most of the hotel breakfast that we went to doesn't offer us that option due to this COVID-19 situation. It's very thoughtful of them but we were too full as their portion is very big haha. Anyway, we had a pleasant experience there. The food were very tasty too, especially the scrambled egg.

Pizza was gold standard, and lamb shank was nice. The waiter named Jacob was also attentive to getting our orders promptly. Worth going back.

Service and food quality dropped drastically since the pre pandemic times when i dined here before. The tables are clear of any of those paper placemats they used to have, which gives the restaurant the ambience of a staff canteen at best. Previously provided bread with olive oil dip and ice water are now not provided.
Pasta dish as shown in my photo was not value for money, and terrible presentation (looked like vomit 😅). Pizza ordered had nice toppings but the crust was extremely chewy and tough.
Overall for the price charged, not acceptable in terms of food quality and restaurant ambience. These would have been fine if this was a casual diner in Cineleisure charging at most $15.90 for the pasta instead of $28.
Sad. Used to be very much better.

Had dinner at Fratelli Trattoria, Sentosa. Dinner was very good and reasonably priced. Service was excellent even for a Friday night. A shout out for Sasi the manager. He was very attentive even with the restaurant being fairly crowded.

Lovely presentation and tastes acceptable. Part of hotel stay cation complimentary breakfast but overpriced for the quality of food and not ala carte buffet. Drinks are free flow for breakfast but the drinks station can be over harassed.

There are two dining areas at Fratelli one that is more rustic serving mostly pizza and pasta while the other cosy dining area specialises in fine dining. I was impressed with the attentive service and the relaxing ambience that made dining a memorable experience at Trattoria. The mushroom soup was creamy and earthy and good to the last drop. The beef ribs were well seasoned and braised so tender that the meat falls off the bone. The cod fish came out rather spectacular with a nice crust but could have been even better with lesser salt. I couldn't resist a second helping of the freshly baked bread that was so comforting with a drizzle of olive oil.

Had the lomi lomi salmon was OK but not fantastic. The Zuppaetta Di Cozze e Vongole was one of my favorites. Also the Stolrozzapreti Alle Costine was really good. Beef was really tender and tasty. And lastly the Boscaicola pizza. Very well done.
If you are a wine lover try the Torrevento "Torre del Falco Fiano" Puglia IGT.
Great Food and service was good.

Came here about 6.30 PM on Sunday and there was hardly any people. (Could be due to the virus)
Ordered quite a few dishes as it was for a group of 5 people including the soups, risotto, carbonara pasta and squid ink pizza. The food is really good, and i realized the food is not as salty as other pastas and pizzas which is a plus for me.
Ended off with the dark chocolate tart and tiramisu which is a great way to end the meal. Ordered the apple pie but they were out of it already.
Overall, great food and great service!
