They ran out of pork katsu by the time I arrived for lunch, which wasn’t too late. Settled for the teriyaki chicken instead. It looks more like sweet and sour pork and tastes somewhat like it too. I was actually impressed by the portion vs price. I’m glad I discovered this place and will be back for more.

One of the most value for money Japanese stalls. Though the food is not “authentic”, it’s still delicious and generous in portions. You can get a good curry katsu don, or katsudon for roughly $8. The set meals and other dishes are also really decent and bang for buck.

Delicious and cheap. We stumbled on this place randomly last year and hadn't realized the name or where it was. Glad we came back to it. The katsu is nice and crisp and you get a very generous portion. Lot of breading but also a lot of meat. I don't mind it since I'm a fan of the crunch. They also include a miso soup and a small potato salad which is super refreshing.
