Still the best ang ku kueh - thin skin that stays soft even after refrigeration, filling that is not too sweet. The peanut filling is well roasted but not burnt and not coarse.

I am not exactly a Ang Ku kueh person. I eat ONLY Ji Xiang Ang ku kueh. Ji Xiang’s Ang Ku kueh has a soft and thin skin. The muang bean filling inside is real, substantial amount that is simply satisfying to eat. The Kueh itself is not overly sweet or salty, it’s just nice and this is definitely quality stuff that must be recommended !�
