If you do not take raw, here's the place for you to kick start! It's rather amazing that a 9 seater interior can be cosy and warm. Felt welcome by the neat and tidy settings of the restaurant. Ordered the $98 nett Omakase set and you will be surprise by how the freshness of the seafood can tingle sweetness to your taste buds. (There's Uni, yes those savoury chunks tt melts in your mouth!), not forgetting nice ice cold beer and sake to go along with. Chef is very meticulous and takes pride in making sure you are satisfied with what is served. Definitely an awesome experience and worth every cent of your money. Will come back for more. Kudos

Good value and loved everything the chef created. Had the $98 omakase set and it was such a great experience, my partner and I did not hesitate to make a booking for our next visit! Am not a fan of raw squid and when the chef whipped up a raw squid sushi....I was anticipating the usual unpleasant aftertaste and chewy texture that comes with most raw squid. The raw squid sushi at ryo was surprisingly sweet, crunchy and paired so well with black salt. Am a big fan of their rice....and the sweet creamy uni...and crunchy ikura. Will recommend to everyone!

No idea what the other reviews are saying. I felt the food was of the highest quality, with the freshest uni I've ever had in Singapore. Not a hint of the fishy smell u get from inferior uni. Chef was friendly and joked with us throughout the service. My drink was constantly being refilled through the meal too! Not sure why anyone would say they're unfriendly, or only talked to regulars. Like.. Its my first time there! Obviously u gotta sit in front of the chef for him to talk to u. Can't have him shouting out to the other side right? Overall, a great experience, no, a wonderful delightful culinary journey as we experience all the wonders the ocean has to offer. Oh ya.. This was the $180 menu.

Very fresh and good quality Omakase sushi meal. Had the uni option and was very happy and satisfied with the quantity. Good luck with getting a reservation though. Very limited seating but worth it to keep securing an experience there. As close as you can to eating in Japan for now.

Amazing Omakase experience! Every sushi was so fresh and so delicious. Even the hand roll that looked so simple was so interesting once you put it in your mouth. You get such a bang for your buck (and your mouth) when you eat here. No wonder I needed to make a reservation months in advance. Planning my next visit already!

A very satisfying omakasa sushi meal with every piece delicately executed. My fav are the truffled onsen egg with Ikura, otoro with shoyu foam, crab meat with Ikura tamaki, and the uni rice bowl. This happy birthday girl got an extra piece of chef’s special maki, too! 🥰 Thank you! It’s definitely worth the wait as you might have to make reservation way ahead. Very reasonably priced too considering it’s a 18-course set which comprises with freshness and good quality. Highly recommended.

We had the omakase and loved every piece they placed in front of us. Their otoro with shoyu foam and uni rice bowl were the absolute stars. Even those of us who weren’t fans of spring onions liked the dishes which incorporated spring onions. Their service is definitely more straightforward, no frills, which is great when you’re looking to chat with your friends.

Had the uni omakase set at 98$. Interesting types of sashimi. Booking is so easy now via inline app. But gotta camp at the site one month in advance becus slots run out fast.

Really affordable omakase restaurant but you must book early to get a reservation. The dishes started out simple but towards the end, they get more incentive and highlight the chef’s skill more. I really enjoyed the soy soaked chutoro, as well as the Kani roll. Was a good time!
