There are two places I prefer when it comes to food, one is this and the other one is it’s next door neighbor Pack a Manger. The food here is good for all the meals. What’s great is the freshness of the ingredients used. The service is also superb. Most tables have chargers as well. The combinations seals the deal for me.

It's rare in an airport to get fresh, à-la-minute food, and this place provides a welcome alternative to the usual mediocre fare found in transit.
Probably geared at the business travellers who can expense their meals, the place is a bit on the expensive side, and the kitchen could run a bit faster (count 15 to 20 minutes before a dish is brought to you) but the result is well worth the wait : moist and fresh burgers, delicious tasty half roasted chicken. Service is friendly, fast and knowledgeable.
Coffee could be improved by serving a single shot instead of a double.
Other than that, a very pleasant experience.
Good stop for a bite or deink before a flight - better than many other food options at Changi. Service was friendly and efficient and everything is prepared fresh, but still delivered to your table quickly.
