Location of this restaurant is easy to reach, price of the set menu is very friendly. Taste of the dishes are delicious, we like the meat platter especially the duck. Corkage is 20++ per bottle.

Value for money set meals. (I think valid for lunch only) Foie Gras starter was great. If like them, its worth a try. Crispy pork was good as well. Duck confit i will say above average. Apple crumble actually taste great too, but found some "plastic" items inside. Chef says its fr the supplier, not the first time. But i thinknits worth the try still, just becareful

I can't NOT give this 5 stars. You can really tell when someone really cares of what they do. I mean, just look at the reviews here, the owner replied most of them, this is dedication. Let's talk about the food, the 4 of us shared a carnivore platter, a pasta, and a plate of escargot, and it filled us up real good. The meat is full of flavor, it's been a long time since I had roast chicken that is super moist and tender, which is really hard to do considering this is Singapore, the land of the ruined chickens. The duck confit and pork is perfect, the beef is rare as we requested but too bad it's got too much veins because it's not a prime cut, but considering the price I don't blame them. Even the french fries is quite special, adding mustard sauce to it makes it spectacular. The service is excellent even though it's a full house on a weekend, and the price is unbeatable for the quality and portion. This has become my favorite French dining place in Singapore.

This place is a gem. It serves real good French food at very reasonable prices! The restaurant offers a limited number of tables so it’s really advisable to reserve as it is nearly always full house. The menu is pretty limited though there are some specials. The place also serves as a central kitchen, for the restaurant’s catering arm. The restaurant started as a stall in a coffeeshop (Alibabar at Joo Chiat) which incidentally was also where Savuer started out. Recommended!

Nice ambience for a small place. Quiet enough for good conversations even though the place may be just about full house too. More importantly the food was great. Steak was cooked perhaps just a tad more than I had asked for but flavour wise was excellent. Service was exemplary for the number of staff present as well. If you want a nice evening out on a weekday night in the east, this is the place.

Visited on Mon. Quiet evening. Food was served quickly and staff was very proactive to give suggestions. Enjoyed the food tremendously. What better way to end of the sumptuous meal than with a yummy dessert? Sinfully good and highly indulgent.

Premium French food without the pretentious vibe that normally comes with it. The food it has to be said was of a very good standard, in terms of taste, quality and portions. The salmon was soft, with a subtle flavour and had a nice crispy skin. It was served on a bed of barley risotto which was tasty and light. The other dish we had was the chicken coq au vin, which was firstly huge and secondly very tasty. The red wine sauce was rich and flavourful without being overpowering. The dish came with a choice of mash or rustic bread. We chose the bread and it was nice and crusty on the outside and soft inside which helped to mop up the sauce. The other bonuses was the simple casual and smart decor, the polite and attentive service and the fact they served Asahi Black beer. The downside side of the experience was the table (as strange as it sounds) as the design of the legs meant they were narrow at the top of the table, which didn’t allow me to open my legs even a little during the entire meal. Oh the other downside was that they ran out of apple crumble so we had to save our waist line and leave. Overall we had a really nice meal at affordable price without any pretentious fancy French food vibes. Will definitely come back, but will maybe sit at the bar next time.

Had an opportunity to check out this place for their set lunches. I ordered the half chicken with fries. Very nice and quiet, food quality was fair for the price paid. It does get a little warm if its a hot day as the aircon was kinda lacking.
