We are regulars. My family loves the crispy fish skin, charcoal tofu, flying fish roe fried rice, roast chicken, pan-fried beef with leeks...so much so that we have to order these dishes whenever we are here. Their HK-style French toast is first rate. We visited at CNY. We had the wonderful pencai set. There was abalone yusheng, pencai, steamed fish and fried rice. It was expensive but the ingredients were top-notch and the cooking was excellent.

Lovely dishes, and great service. Charcoal homemade tofu, fresh grouper steam soya sauce style, steam whole melon soup, claypot rice and the special dessert french toast. Taste reminds us of our HK trips. Will be back for sure!
