Best char siew I've ever had. The skin is crispy and the meat is not too fatty. The flavors permeate beautifully into the rice and noodles. Can't wait to go back

Long queue so it must be good, and it is. The meat is unique in that it’s very white with abit more fats than usual. The marinate is rather sweet and we can still feel the sugar that’s unmelted at some parts. But overall pretty good char siew.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s roast meat the greatest of the them all? 😁 Look no further. I had it a few times here and I enjoyed it very much. The tender roasted char siew and crispy roast pork are very well done. A little of queuing is very worth it. Sometimes I feel this little queueing really pales in comparison to the toil and sweat and hardwork they put in just to delight us with their craft.
