Oscar's

Variety not as much as usual buffets but quality quite good! I like the meats and desserts. The cream puff and the red whole cake were amazing. Service is great too.

Outstanding service from Amin and Daniel. Makes a really lovely anniversary lunch being waited by staff Amin and Daniel. Excellent service and wonderful spread of lunch buffet. The dessert is really good. The baked Mac and cheese with duck is awesome. I will go back here again next time with my children so they can try the Mac and Cheese. Truly an outstanding quality both service and food category.

As the in-house all-day buffet dining restaurant of Conrad Centennial Singapore since November 1996, Oscar's is reowned for their extensive international buffet offering, consistently ranking as among the best in Singapore. We visited post-Christmas 2021 to sample their festive weekend brunch! Ambience at Oscar's exudes an elegant sophistication. The warmly lit and spacious dining area centers around an open show kitchen with attractive food displays, flanked by large marble columns. Colourful balloons fill the ceiling, lending a festive atmosphere. The place is suitably comfortable for long, lingering meals. Service at Oscar's is attentive and friendly. Staff engage in light banter with guests, demonstrating good product knowledge of the available dishes and buffet flow. They're observant, proactively offering to clear finished plates, as well as top up drinks, throughout the meal. Staff also efficiently assist with fulfilling requests. Food at Oscar's spans international cuisine, including American, British, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Turkish, and Singaporean. Fresh ingredients feature, and quality is consistently well executed. Portions are unlimited, with an extensive range of over 50 dishes. Prices are comparable to other hotel buffets, budget about SGD $128++ per person.

Buffets are back, yay! But while you can browse the aisles of food, servers behind glass casements will serve you your selections. While the dinner buffet offering was not extensive, the quality was pretty good. Amongst the Asian fare, the roasted pork belly deserved additional rounds. The carvery of roast beef was also commendable with the server heating up my slices on the grill which I observed were a bit red. The turkey was a tad dry though. But the roasted pumpkin was excellent. Too full to have the array of desserts but the strawberry ice cream was fabulous and my colleagues had praises for the waffle. Couple next to us ate nearly 100 oysters so I guess for some, the buffet was really worth it! Shout out to the excellent service rendered too. Recommended!
